The breakfast buffet was ok, but the selection was more modest, then a year ago. There were some occasions, where the staff was rude. Little information on the luggage forwarding. The staff eventually stopped accepting packages I ordered for my room. This Toyoko Inn branch has a great location in a historical center (near Sensō-ji temple) and yet the location is very quiet, due to it's situation in the backstreet. It's near a metro line, which connects both Haneda and Narita airport. And the staff is generally very pleasant and helpful.

Descent, convenient location Breakfast. It is strictly Japanese. No alternatives. Very difficult if you are not accustomed.

Very convenient. Somehow I booked a smoking room so I had to open the window and use a lot of the air freshener (which was provided, thank goodness). Not sure how that happened though.

The location of this place was pretty good. Right by the Sumida River and easy access to the Tokyo Tower (~20-30 minute walk). It is very close to the subway like a ~5 minute walk so it made it very easy to get around. The room was small but cozy and they did have free breakfast. The price was super good for just one night and the staff was really helpful. They also had vending machines inside which I thought was cool for easy access to drinks. My room kind of smelled like smoke/cigarettes. This was bad for me since I have pretty bad asthma but I opened the window and aired it out a little bit.

Great breakfast, stuffs speak English, and great location Water leaked under the sink. There’s a drain but my feet got wet standing there. It took me a while to figure out how to turn the shower on and the water temperature is hard to adjust.

The not-so-pleasant breakfast buffet staff who closely watched as you put food on your plate and as you try to figure out the complicated garbage and recycling system without offering any friendly assistance.

Security as only guests were allowed to go up the elevator. I also like the location as several stations are nearby. The Airporter service was also great since we did not have to worry about our luggages! It was a bit of a challenge to look for the property as it was not on the main road. But this also has perks as we were able to discover the local food nearby. Breakfast was so-so and was surprised that this branch was not as environmentally friendly-conscious as the branch in Yamagata.

The location was great. Easy to find, right next to a subway or just a short walk away from another. It felt safe and the staff were really helpful.

The location is really good as it is just a few steps from Kuramae station gates A0-A2-A4, breakfast was tasty and all the amenities are provided, also the staff is really kind at this hotel chain The bed was a bit stiff
