Everything. The Library Suite was amazing with a lot of facilities such as a big projector. I also liked the fact that, in the morning , coffee and light breakfast was offered to all residents for free. One small remark: upon late night arrival, there was nobody to open us the door for the check-in. Fortunately an employer appeared by chance after 15-20 minutes of waiting .

Good amenities, free drinks, free bread, view to Skytree, helpful staff Room a bit small and no restroom privacy
-
The hotel itself is beautiful, well kept and the design is nice, the staff were very accommodating The room is very small, located near the skytree but far from the rest of the city

Bed not made for third guest

My family and I really liked the location and the provided lounge area. The food was very delicious! The hotel really suited our needs, and we were able to leave our luggage with staff before check-in so that we could still go out and explore. The shower door and walls were almost entirely glass, and the bathroom was blocked off from the room by a curtain. While it wasn't sheer, the weaving of it meant that there was no real privacy in the shower.

For our 2nd trip to Japan, we chose to stay at this hotel once again as our first stop in Tokyo, coming from Narita Airport. Just like last time (2 years ago), the hotel was absolutely amazing. You pretty much have all the amenities that you need and the Deluxe Twin room had plenty of space to not feel cramped at all, even with both our big suitcases open. This is a big plus considering you're in Tokyo where most accommodations are on the smaller side. Everything was clean and the staff were helpful and polite. Besides the fact that the hotel is amazing in itself, we fell in love with the area it's located in. You're very close to the metro, the SkyTree and the neighborhood is very quiet, clean and beautiful. Our 3rd trip to Japan will most probably start at this hotel once again. Not a "negative", but I'm just gonna copy and paste what I've mentioned in my previous review as a PSA to people: The whole bathroom area is "incorporated" into the room, meaning that it's not a separate entity and you only have a curtain between the two which is transparent, meaning that whoever's in the room area can see you showering. Even the toilet "room" doesn't have a proper door, but a frosted glass sliding one. If you're a solo traveler, that's not a problem, but if you plan to stay in a room like this with a friend or a partner that you're not fully comfortable with, this can be a bit.. weird or even a deal-breaker, since you never feel like having full privacy. For us, it wasn't that big of a deal, but others might want to know this beforehand.

The beds were a little on the hard side. The pillows were really nice though.
-
The second room we had was very small, too small for two people with large suit cases, there was no room to move.

LOVED the staff's response time via direct chat, especially regarding confirmation of luggage delivery via Airporter service from my previous hotel. Very polite, very welcoming upon check in. Clever use of luggage storage space in lobby, plenty of space to store luggage with tagging system. Rooms were small but perfect for a solo traveler, great use of even the smallest spaces for storage/utilities and great air conditioning. Lobby was so pretty, open 24-7 -- only wished I could've spent more time here! Only 2 elevators for the building, and many floors -- sometimes had to wait a bit behind travelers checking in with lots of luggage.

The location is perfect. Being at only few steps of the Tokyo SkyTree and tracing stations is a 10 out of 10. The rooms are very small and the breakfast needs to be improved.

We loved the designer quality of our place, and also it a super reasonable price. Was a small room, but to-be-expected for Tokyo. Stayed on the second floor, and hardly heard any noise from the street. Gorgeous view from roof deck of the tower, and free bread/coffee 24/7. Also was super easy to find our way back to the hotel with the Skytree nearby. We joked it was kind of like having a Minecraft beacon for our first place. It’s easy to get lost in such a huge city! Pretty far away from all of the other major tourist attractions, but that’s okay. Was a super quiet residential area. Also, the bed was super firm, but that didn’t matter as much after a long day of walking.

The place is not bad, it has a cozy space for one person. It has a fridge which was convenient, and enough space to open my luggage (and store it under the bed). There was a huge amount of dust hiding behind a panel under the desk. I thought it was a cabinet, so I opened it and saw it by chance.

Super hip and nicely furnished room. It was small but nonetheless felt very warm and welcoming. The free bread was awesome and the staff was friendly. But definitely recommend especially if you wanna stay in a quieter area of Tokyo which is still super well connected.

We love all the staff here. They were all so helpful. We wanna extend our stay and see if we can stay in the same room with our new booking and they really listen to us and try to help us. Though we can't stay in the same room we really appreciate the sincere help. The room is so spacious and the view of Skytree is amazing. Also we enjoyed the roof garden. And the snack bar runs 24 hrs was impressive. We were shocked there is olive oil and basement vinegar serve together with the Italian bread. N.A

The rooms felt small. Every time I turned in the restroom, I would bump into something. I am 5'8 and slim build.
