The room size is good for Tokyo although if you convert the couches to beds, the usable space in the room is quite minimal. The location is convenient to explore Asakusa or to get a train elsewhere. Rooftop would be nice for a few evening snacks/drinks The hotel itself is a little low budget. The price is reasonable if sleeping 4 people but I felt the service was minimal and the rooms were not that clean (although it didn't feel overly dirty either). There was dust on a few surfaces like the window sills which kids will find with ease. Also, speaking of child safety - several of the wall sockets had come loose and were just taped back and not secure at all. Coin laundry nearby but would be better if they had something on-site.

The place is accessible to all major tourist spots and the place is clean. The staff were very pleasant and nice. the price is a bit on the high side considering the room we were assigned was quite cramped.

Close to tourist destinations and train lines. Easy check-in and friendly staff. Reasonably sized for Tokyo.

I like it because it is relatively cheap and the location is great. We went as a family and it could have been better if the TV is a smart tv where we could stream our movies. The TV in our room is for local channels only.

It doesn't have room service. You need to go down the lobby if you want to request something.

The location of the hotel is in a quiet area, and near the subway. Sumida Park and Tokyo Skytree are also very near. The view from the rooftop is nice at night. There are restaurants, cafes, and kobinis nearby as well. The rooms are spacious enough. Although we had minimal requests, the staff are very friendly and very helpful. It was kind of pricey for the type of hotel it is and the facilities it offers.

The location was so close to the Skytree and restaurants and shopping. It’s not as clean as I expected and reception area not as appealing…small .

Perfect location between Skytree and Asakusa, also close to Sumdida River which is inviting for morning runs. Quite small.

Great place and just a short 10 min walk from everything. Staff fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Very clean facility and staff are all helpful and friendly. We went in July so it was extremely hot. We tried to eat our lunch at the rooftop and wish they have some covering for the heat because it's a really cool place to hang and check out the view. Wish there was some shade/covering at the roof top so we can enjoy the view and relax there during summer.

I booked this for my parents and care taker. My mom uses a motorized wheelchair to get around and this has an elevator that allowed her to get to her room. And their room is big enough to keep the wheelchair in the room none

They told us to leave our trash every 10am outside our door. But they didn’t so it was a bit messy outside our room and

Great budget hotel with central location to metro lines. 4min stroll to Asakusa line, and 9-10min to Ginza line in Asakusa. Asakusa also has a lot of nice restaurants and sights, including a temple, all within a short walk. Also close to Tokyo Skytree. Very clean and quiet, friendly staff. Sleeping sofa not very good, unlike the beds.
