Location. Kitchen, washing machine.

Really good location with easy access to multiple metros. Bathroom is also on the bigger side for Tokyo and also comes with a washing machine. Minor nitpick because it is Tokyo after all, but we had 3 people (2 with larger suitcases) and it was quite a squeeze with the sofa bed open. Also, both main beds have no sockets nearby, with the nearest beside the sofa bed.

The apartment was cozy, clean, well organized and had all the facilities in kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The view of sky tree tower from the apartment was magnificent. It is about 10-15mins to walk to the sky tree arena. The place is close to asakusa market and senso-ji shrine by walk. It is also located close to subway stations that has direct connection to Haneda airport and Shinagawa, which was very convenient for us.
