I liked the quick check-in process. The place was very secure.

I wished they had a few more amenities. They did have 24 hour laundry down the street. If you want service you have to contact their help desk. A little damage was in the room before I got there, but overall great. They don't hold bags so be prepared to find a solution.

There is no receptionist in the building. You have to talk to a virtual assistant if you need an assistance. Sometimes it is not easy to reach out to them. It was so hard communicating to them about our request to clean the room. We stayed for 8 nights and the room was only cleaned on our last day. Also the room is so small and there is not enough space if you have more than two luggages, there won’t be enough room for your shopping bags. It is also a bit far from asakusa area where there are restaurants and shopping area.

The proximity to the skytree helped with navigation. The ease of checkin and checkout was great! An on site laundry service would have been nice.

Apart from that the AC in the room smelled like dust. The room is really cramped and small. Standard for Tokyo.

Clean and beautiful

Great location. Comfortable beds. Heating works well. Spacious bathroom with bathtub. Good toiletries. Price wise is totally worth it The rooms are really small, so packing suitcases were a challenge. The check in process through the website didn't work at all (different systems, browsers and translation tools) but in person on the tablet at the reception worked smoothly

Great view of Tokyo Skytree, and only a short walk away from the cultural area of Asakusa

Location was very good. Room is comfortable and clean. I want to stay in this hotel next time.

Fabulous location. The best part of this property was its location and of course, the pandas. Comfy beds, nice amenities provided. (Slippers, toothbrush, towels, shower soaps, and robes.) TV didn’t work except for Japanese cable. It wasn’t a big deal, as we didn’t come to Japan to watch TV. But just a heads up. Also, it was quite small- but this is pretty typical. I think it was a tad pricey for what it was, but I will give it for the location. It was clean enough, but there were for sure some hairs left behind and splatters on the wall.

Clean and modern room. Takes about an hour to get to places.

its close to the station and with asakusa line, we can just arrived at the haneda airport easily. the room is clean and the bathroom is soo comfortable and pretty big. but the room is very small with very small closet to hang clothes. the bad part is i have no room to open my large luggage
