The information was misleading. It was not a 4 star facility as advertised.

Did not see staff during the entire stay. Traffic sounds from outside can be heard very easily from inside the room.

Spacious to accommodate three family members. Building is old but rooms were cleaned except washroom where some exhaust issue was there. Location is nice as accessible to multiple stations near by Washroom exhaust to be improved

I had a great stay at Randor Residence Tokyo Classic! The room was spacious and comfortable and the location was really convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby amenities, making exploring the city super easy. It was also easy to get in touch with the staff if I needed anything, and they were helpful and responsive. Overall, a fantastic stay—I’d definitely recommend it! The pillows were uncomfortable, and although they kindly provided extra ones on request, they remained quite firm. I also found the sirens passing by at night a bit disruptive to my sleep.

5 min walk to train station. Grocery store next door and 24/7 convenience stores close by. big fridge, stovetop and really hot showers. not much ventilation in bathroom. heater wasn’t working so room got pretty cold. only 1 pillow each.

We love how it’s just walking distance to the train station, there a grocery store next door and convenient stores close by. We also like how quiet and clean the neighborhood is.

Location is good, Super market nearby There's a hospital alongside the place. Some nights would hear ambulance blasting pass, a bit noisy, but in general, it's quiet and comfort to stay

Location was great. The supermarket was just next door. Within walking distance from the train station. It is old and somewhat rundown. The sofa was badly stained.

The location was great. Not far from the train station and the grocery store next door had a great variety. Self check-in was pretty easy. The room was a little warm during our stay, even with A/C on. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great either, and it was either really hot or a bit chilly.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Randor Residence Tokyo Classic. It is very spacious with lots of room for a family of 5. The place is clean and fully stocked with everything you need, staff are very responsive, and close to a supermarket, convenience stores, and restaurants. Good location, just a few minutes away from two stations and 25 minutes from Ueno. Missing a dryer, full body mirror, and limited kitchen utensils like knives and scissors.

I like how close the hotel is to the train station (Mikawashima) and bus stops! Checking in and out was also a breeze. The AC is working, so if you are going to Japan in the summer, it's a plus! The room is outdated. You can tell by the walls and the room's floor. There's also an unpleasant smell when we first enter the room. We had to use the kitchen stove's exhaust the whole day.
