The guest house met our expectations on other's comments and basic web search.

Little far from the nearest railway station if loaded down with luggage.

시설이 아주 깨끗하고 직원분들이 친절 합니다. 위치도 닛포리 전철역과 가까워서 공항으로 이동 하기도 편리했습니다. 없어요. 다음에도 이곳을 또 이용하고 싶어요.

Small rooms

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind! They taught me a few interesting Japanese phrases to use at home or day to day. They also cleaned everyday and was very accommodating to time constraints. I really recommend starting with Wagokoro, very kind people! The shower was a bit small for someone who is 6’1” but all of Japan is quite small for 6’1” people haha

Spotless clean facility. Helpful, friendly and accommodating staffs. For some reason tourists who stay in this hotel also very respectful and considerate of others. If you enjoy the Sento culture, there are couple of traditional Sento that's within 10mins walk. Non tatami room a little smaller than tatami room. Especially when the beds can't be folded and put away. Neighborhood where it locate has a lot of non-Japanese residents. Probably due to couple Japanese language schools in the area? So you would hear lots of different languages here, could dampen your Japan experience if this is your first visit.

Was a little out of the way

The attention to detail that was evident in every aspect of the place. It was thoughtfully designed to give their guests a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were very kind, considerate and helpful. My teenage daughter arrived one day before I did and I was nervous about her staying alone in an unfamiliar city by herself. They took excellent care of her and helped her settle in. Greatly appreciated their thoughtfulness. Close to subways etc. We stayed there twice during our trip to Japan. The 2nd time the room was a little more well used than the first room. I didn't mind that too much....it was still quite comfortable The room had two beds. One was very comfortable (the twin size bed), the other one a little less so. The main thing was that the bathroom in the 2nd room had no towel rack or anything else to hang clothes on. It was a minor inconvenience. It looks like one had been there but it had not been replaced. The first room was excellent. The bed and pillows very comfortable (and I am quite picky about this as I have back problems).

Place so nice we stayed there twice! Once again the staff are great and the room was clean and comfortable.

Nothing really, though the bathroom was a bit tight (as expected).

The staff are EXCELLENT! Very polite, provided suggestions on many aspects for our trip, like where to eat, do laundry, get odds and ends. Even helped up sort out a mildy complicated luggage forwarding issue we had. Oh they also provide some resources complementary, like combs, swabs, and hair bands. The ONLY issue I had with the hotel, was our room, a "non smoking room" was right next to the out door smoking area. I know they need to provide an area for this, it was just unfortunate our room was right next to it.

The staff was beyond kind and the area was much quieter than the rest of Tokyo, which was refreshing. The ladies recommended a bakery down the street and that was one of my favorites from the trip! Google Maps takes you on a weird route to get there but once you're they're they give you a map that clarifies things!

Comfortable, clean and convenient with friendly, engaged staff.

Staff was very helpful, kind and accommodating and made the stay a 10/10. Smooth check in process and in a good location a short walk from train station. Room was clean. Amenities were provided for the room and of good quality. N/a

The staff here are so phenomenal, great customer service and very helpful with suggestions. They offered to move me to a quieter floor but I found where I was okay. This place is popular with people heading to the airport on an early flight because its a 10min walk from Nippori Station. I liked the location because the neighbourhood is very quiet and it's a great place to retreat to after a busy day exploring Tokyo. Nippori Station is on the Yamanote Line, so you can get to Tokyo Station in about 15min, and Shinjuku in about 30min. Very handy for then connecting to other lines as needed. I was in an economy room, which is perfect for solo traveller. There was more than enough space in the room. It was very clean. There's a lounge with a small kitchen with free tea and coffee and microwaves and a fridge. There's also a Family Mart a couple of blocks away, and a 7 Eleven about 5mins away (this is important info, trust). The bathroom was the only thing that was a little cramped, and you have to step up into it. The sink protruded into the shower space which made it a it awkward to use. I would've been okay with having the towels changed at the same time as the sheets (every 3 days), as I didn't need them swapped out every day.

The room is very clean. All staff are friendly and help a lot. It is a little bit far from the station

Clean and efficient room with super friendly staff. Loved the residental neighborhood and the nearby bakery. Nothing.

Super cozy, felt more traditional, smaller rooms but very nice and super comfy beds. Friendliest staff. Will be staying again.
