This was my third stay 2017(different owner?), 2024 and 2026. I liked the amount I paid and it is close to JR Yamanote Line. Heater was too hot for sleeping. Toilet was okay but one of them was not working properly. I found that someone pooped on the bidet so the hole was clogged ..... my third stay was very disappointing because of that.

everything is perfect ?

Very good fasilities, I especially love the variaty of shampoo I can choose from. Location very convenient, staff was friendly and understands english well. Overall a great place to stay if you're on a budget The pillow was too hard, I can hardly get comfy
-
The place was clean and the bathrooms and shower area was nice. The mattress and pillow were so uncomfortable. The pillow felt like it was stuffed with rice or cement mix. Not soft. The mattress was extremely thin. The pod got hot, I wish it would have had a fan

Breakfast. My expectation was diffrent and i dindt eat 1 day. Breakfast is over told me.

Can hear people snoring.

People are coming and going at all hours of the night. There's just a curtain so you can hear everything, even the door slamming when people use the bathroom in the middle of the night. The pillows were pretty janky, too.

Fantastic location. Clean, safe facilities. Generous locker space, large enough for most bags and luggage. Reasonably decent complementary coffee and tea 24/7. Lounge area is comfortable and available 24/7, with lots of seating and charging stations. They'll even let you stay in the lounge and hold onto your luggage for an additional four hours after checkout. Polite, professional staff. Sleep capsules aren't the most comfortable. Locker area is narrow and can get pretty congested in the late morning and early evening.

Only capsule is ever stay in Tokyo, SUPER CLEAN and has private showers, they provide pijamas and towels daily. They have a nice and comfortable lounge area with free coffee. Bed is a little stiff but it’s a capsule afterall, they are always willing to provide extra pillow and blankets with a smile to make the bed more comfy.

its very good

- Well-equipped kitchen - Really nice cabins, which are not so small - Large lockers (you don't need own padlock) - Many different free cosmetics

Room so tiny

The location was good, close to many shops and train station. I liked that the lockers were big enough. The staff was friendly, and the extra amenities were good. The staff being available 24/7 is a massive plus. The fact that you had to hand over your keys when leaving the premises. Also there is no good place to fully open your suitcase and pack and unpack. The temperature in the pod was a bit too high for my liking.

The whole facility was very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. It helped to have a 24/7 lounge with beverages and snacks for travelers from different countries.

This is my second time staying here, it's a great location and a good option if you just need a simple place for one night. The staff are not that friendly, but they are helpful if you need something. The system with the different floors, slippers, towels, amenities, etc can be difficult to figure out, but it works. The sleeping pod is a bit too hot and you can't change the temperature. Still, it's clean, quiet, and an excellent location for transit, food etc. A good deal!

It was nice being in the middle of shinjuku just a short walk from the station. It was hotter then hell in the capsule

This hotel is in a great location. It's near a lot of great places to eat and just a walk away from waseda park while also being close to Kabukicho for some late night shenanigans. Amenities are nice and everything is clean. It was definitely wonderful having hot coffee available after a long day in the cold. The rooms themselves are quite cozy, and although you can hear people around you in other capsule rooms, you still feel quite private in your own space. Nothing bad, but just be prepared to use the elevator a lot to get to your room, showers and the lobby. They have a unique system for navigating the hotel, but you'll figure it out quickly.

no breakfast worth mentioning. 200 yen for a piece of packaged bread. great coffee. felt very secure. nice hot showers, good amenities (toiletries, pajamas, slippers). great full size lockers and safe box available for valuables SO many rules about what was allowed in the sleeping space, everything had to be stored outside of that area, either in the lockers or lockbox. Everyone was packing and unpacking their bags on the floor in the locker area, there was basically nowhere else to sort your bags except on the floor and it really impeded traffic at times. I wish there was a large table or space available to open your bag to repack and sort. There was an issue with the electric wiring in my capsule, which I addressed directly with the facility.
