It's spacious. Has nixe ambient lighting and laundry. Easy check in and check out. Just that it's slightly far from some stations. Third floor kind of a struggle to get to with luggage as there is no elevator.

Unfortunately we were all quite tall so the bunk bed situation is tough haha getting in and out of it without hitting my head of part of my body was near impossible haha but thats on my clumsiness - just a warning to tall people to be mindful

Everything There is no elevator, we have heavy suitcases and we are on the 3rd floor, we have knee pain. If there is elevator it would have been perfect!!!!

Such a great home base for Tokyo for a family! Close to the train station, but in a quiet residential area that was close to restaurants and 7/11. Great size for a family with comfortable beds. Nothing

Great for its price. Location is a 10 minute walk from metro and bus. Bed was pretty comfy. Spacious area. I like that there was an area for suitcases.

Located in a quiet area not too far from a station and a 7/11 right nearby the rooms seemed relatively noise proof and the 4 of us had a great stay the beds where clean lots of towels and a great location to explore Tokyo from Check out at 10:00 and no luggage storage is something to keep in mind Washing machine only and hang drying inside was not very effective unfortunately

The location is excellent—just a short walk from the subway station, making it convenient and easy to find for both visitors and daily commuters alike. The room was smaller than expected. There’s a washing machine but no dryer. The kitchen has a knife but no cups or mugs. The bathroom basin had buildup and a slight smell. Overall, definitely not worth the price.

Very convenient place to stay with the family, well communicated and good location! There’s no staff but the communication with the team to check in was great , and they facilitated to leave the luggage earlier. The cutlery and some kitchen utensils, or to clean was tight. We were there for 5 nights and there was no maintenance so it would had been nice to have something to keep it clean.

We asked for a late check out (11:00am or 12:00) and first they said they were full and couldn’t accommodate us, gave us a few excuses, asked for 3,500 yen per hour extra and then told us not to stay.
