The location was amazing, and considering Japan, the room was a fair size. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would absolutely recommend and return when I find myself back in Tokyo. The lobby / elevator was hot. In summer it was a bit uncomfortable, but the room was nice and cool!

Convenient location near Oedo subway line entrance, nice rooms that felt very fresh and clean. The rooms were a little cramped.

Convenient location close the train station, quick ride to Shibuya and Harajuku. Check-in was quick and easy. Clean and spacious enough for the price and location.

It was perfect for us as a first place in Tokyo, easy to find, super close to the underground, not too many people, spacious and very clean rooms. All in all were super happy with our stay. The beds were a little hard

Great new hotel with good bed and shower. Close to shops and restaurants. Metro entrance on 30 meters. A bit small room for 2 and no breakfast possibilities. But Walton’s is close by where you can get breakfast and coffee

great location with good view from room, comfortable beds and relatively spacious room We were arriving after the front desk closed (11pm) and were supposed to receive self check in details by email but this didn’t happen. Luckily we were able to enter the hotel as someone was exiting as we arrived and then use the reception phone to contact staff to get access to our room. Wasn’t ideal.

The hotel location is great, it’s next to a Lawson and train station. 10mins walk to the busy Shinjuku area. The room is also the most spacious one we stayed in Japan, we push the single beds together and we can open 2 large and 1 small luggage fully. Hotel also does house keeping everyday. It’s opposite to a hospital so you will hear ambulance throughout the night sometimes but we are dead tired from all the walking so we slept through while staying here.

Good location and Friendly staff. Washer and dryer are not advertised properly and unless you have the high end room you are not allowed to use them.
