It is near a subway exit. There are konbinis and restaurants nearby. Few walks to major attractions in Shinjuku.

The location was great The rooms were too tiny and there is no cleaning during your stay. Keeping a room that small clean was challenging. Way smaller than a cruise ship cabin

Noise isolation can be improved. Sitting tub is tiny. Microwave is in the basement as well as the laundry machines (2) that are not enough for the number of guests, especially as the dryer is very weak. Most staff’s English was worse than my Japanese, and I don’t speak Japanese but that’s ok.

The gentleman who helped me check in the first day was excellent. There was an issue with the system and he did his best to get me checked in. He was awesome!

The hotel’s location was excellent, as it was conveniently within walking distance of the train station. I found the service at the Concierge counter to be disappointing and unwelcoming. I felt that the staff member treated us differently after realizing we were from Malaysia. Her attitude and manner of attending to us did not reflect the level of hospitality I have previously experienced at APA Hotels in Japan. This was not my first stay with APA Hotel, and I have always known the staff to be polite and courteous — unfortunately, this experience was very different.

Clear communication about our stay, helpfull staff on arrival. Soft bed, what I appreciated and I liked the shape of the bath. Variety of breakfast options, had a bit of a difficulty ordering over my phone, but they where helping me in person before that was a problem. Plenty of extra service possibilities.

location was good, but keep in mind you will need to use train a lot to get to some popular spots like Shibuya and Harajuku unless you prefer to walk 1-1,5 hrs.

Location is great and you're nearby a few major subway lines. Staff were very nice and helpful. They even let you store your luggage after checkout. The size of the rooms are pretty typical for Tokyo. Pillows are rock hard and you can't adjust the AC or heat per room. It is set by management....there were 2 hot days while I was staying and the room got warm for sure. Also the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours.
