No help from staff. Staff does not know what they are doing. Rooms are very small.

The Junior Suite was excellent. It was spacious, comfortable, modern, and made our stay much more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient, close to Shibuya and Miyashita Park. The standard room was extremely small and felt more like a prison cell than a hotel room. I would not recommend booking the standard room. I strongly recommend choosing the Junior Suite instead. The hotel also needs to improve its luggage service. There is no luggage transfer service from the room to the lobby or taxi. Taxis cannot easily stop directly in front of the hotel, and the staff carry the luggage one bag at a time instead of using a luggage cart, which makes departure inconvenient.

Great location very close to centre of Shibuya and walking distance to Cat Street and Harajuku, but still quiet. The rooftop bar had a cover charge.

Super well located, clean, new hotel with awesome views of Shibuya. Young vibe, friendly staff, great value for money. They could partner with a local gym or studio to offer seamless use of an off-site fitness facility. Nothing really opens in Shibuya before 11, so those early hours could be well spent working out.

The location is awesome! So much to do right in the park, lots of shopping and starbucks and another coffee shop right at the top entrance of hotel. Vibrant, lively and safe, we loved it!

The property was a good location, central to many places. It was very noisy with the train being below. Made it hard to sleep. Also, the rooms are tiny.

Perfect location in Shibuya. Plenty of shops and food options connected to the hotel park. The king room was spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again for our next trip to Tokyo!
