TRUNK (HOTEL) CAT STREET is now one of our favorite places in the world. We loved everything from the room, its amenities, our breakfast sets in the café, evening snacks and drinks in the lounge, and the overall location. It's a beautifully designed space with exceptional hospitality. We felt incredibly cared for and welcome. We are already dreaming about returning!

It was tucked away in a quiet street just steps away from main areas such as Shibuya Crossing. Also around the hotel provide unique little shops.

This is a beautiful hotel that is staffed by very professional, pleasant and helpful staff. Everything we asked for was arranged easily and with a helpful attitude. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully appointed. Even the standard room, which is not big, is very well stocked and organized. The lounge/bar/ lobby area is a great place to hang out, with comfortable seating and plenty of space. Really, everything was perfect. Maybe I would like it better if it was a bit closer to the metro stop, but that is not something that can be changed.

The hotel is in an excellent location and is a buzzing, vibrant property. There is plenty of great shopping and restaurants in the are, and its a western traveler-friendly neighborhood; but at the same time, the property still had many Japanese guests and didn't feel "touristy." The rooms are well equipped and we enjoyed having a balcony with ours. The hotel offers luggage shipping which is convenient, and also helped with restaurant recommendations/bookings ahead of our arrival. There aren't many amenities at this property (for the price). There is no pool, onsen/spa, or even rooftop area. The restaurant breakfast was tasty, but limited compared to other properties we stayed in throughout Japan.

Great location and fantastic service. The place is beautiful. The main issue we had is they do events daily for non hotel guests, and the lobby is always packed with outside people, so you can't enjoy the bar or lobby area peacefully.
