It’s situated in a great location, kept very clean and staff is quite friendly. Nothing I can think of.

location is exceptional. It is the reason this hotel works. Pizza place/restaurant attached to the hotel is very very good. hallways are not very pleasant. Cleaning supplies were stored in the hallway and the rooms are smaller than expected. It works perfect for a short stay, because of the location. But it is not comfortable. Not because of the bed or the amenities but simply from the design. The room was cramped, dark, and jammed together. Small spaces can work in Tokyo, but this is not the example of how to do it right.

Location We reserved two rooms and were placed on separate floors. When I asked to be relocated to the same floor, the staff explained that only one room of this type exists per floor. Even when I offered to pay extra, they refused, showing a bureaucratic and unhelpful attitude. The room itself was a major disappointment. Although advertised as suitable for two people, it is not even adequate for one. The bed takes up the entire width of the room, leaving no space to move. There is absolutely no room to open a suitcase inside — I had to open my luggage outside the room. For two guests, this is completely unrealistic. The service was poor, rigid, and lacking any effort to provide solutions. The claustrophobic room conditions were so unbearable that we decided to leave the hotel one night earlier than planned. Overall, this stay was frustrating, unsuitable, and significantly detracted from what should have been a pleasant experience.

Good location On the expensive side and small rooms

Our stay was comfortable, rooms are clean, staff was exceptional. We upgraded our room after the first night. Caution for travellers with large luggage or multiple luggages to check room size before booking. Food in restaurant was also exceptional. Room size.

Location was perfect. Breakfasts were excellent — we tried the full menu and everything was delicious. The room is simple but has everything you need; cleanliness is basic but gets the job done. What mattered most to us: location, location, location — plus a great breakfast and comfort. Nailed it. 'd add another towel hook near the shower, and a bit more storage — a shelf or something to make the room feel less cramped. The breakfast coffee wasn't great, but these are minor things. Overall, the hotel is absolutely worth it for the location and comfort.

Cool little hotel, good location. Room was very small, literally had to climb over each other to get off the bed in the middle of the night to use the toilet. No room to put your bags or put clothes away if you're there for a few days. Good breakfast offered with nice choice of good quality, freshly made food. Staff were really helpful with check-in/check-out. Rooms are VERY small... it was a real struggle for the 2 of us, nowhere to store luggage or even unpack some clothes. Also, it looked a little like a prison, maybe that's the style they were going for.

Clean, all necessary amenities are available, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are tight based on USA standards. But it’s Japan metropolis, so it’s understandable. Plus, the description was clear.
