Charming, old-fashioned, clean, comfortable (especially the bed), excellent location and most importantly caring, responsible, kind staff. The deep tub was lovely. My daughter loved the cat theme and the cat souvenirs available for sale. The person who cleaned our room tucked in her Pokemon stuffy when she made the bed - such a sweet gesture! The hotel is a great value for the area, and the 24 hour desk staff made me feel especially secure. The refrigerator didn’t get very cold, and we couldn’t figure out how to use the hot water heater, but we also didn’t ask for help.

The location and the staff was excellent!!! The property was old. Smoking was allowed in the rooms and I could smell cigarette smoke in my nonsmoking room that truly made me sick; as it engulfed my room. It was so toxic I had to leave asap.

The service the amenities the location is incredible! The staff is so nice and helpful, the free water is such a plus. Your feet will be so happy with its proximity to shibuya station. Really fun local area The only teeny tiny downside is the bed isn’t so comfortable and the decor is outdated, but a really great hotel for the price.

The property was very clean and the room was spacious and in a great location. The staff were super friendly and very helpful.

They staff was great. I had no issues with check in or check out. Great location. Room was comfortable. I wanted my daughter to come up to the room. Hotel policy would not allow it. I understand their rules, but I just wanted my daughter to see where I was staying for her opinion and to report to my wife.

Short walk from Shibuya Station, reception always staffed, comfy beds, lots of good cafe/dining options nearby. The rose perfume on our floor was a little strong: tolerable, but not my favorite. During busy times, there can be quite a long wait for one of the two elevators. Both are small and get full very fast, especially with luggage, so give yourself plenty of time while checking out in the morning.

I really like how we were greeted with water at the end of every day. I also love how we were given slippers and bathrobes along with each room! The bed was firm, but not too firm to be uncomfortable. I kinda wish the nearby cafe had more accessible hours (preferably open at 7am, since we had to leave eaely for our excursions). Other than that, everything went smoothly. Our stay was very comfortable.

The location was nice, being very close to the main Shibuya station, however if you have luggage you have to carry it over an overpass, and you can't avoid at least some stairs. It is pretty good value for a private room. It is not stated in the policies but you are not allowed to have guests into your room, and you have to give your key to the front desk every time to come and go from your room. Very frustrating to have to always ask for you key back and give your details whenever you want to go out. Even if I just want to go to a convenience store to grab a small snack or coffee before I shower you have to hand your key in and ask for it back when you come back. The rooms also do not feel very clean and are very dark even with all the lights on. They do have a daily cleaning service so you will have clean sheets and towels, which is good, but the carpet and curtains seem a bit old and ragged. It is decent value for your money, as it is quite cheap for the locaiton, but I think it is worth paying a bit extra and maybe you can get something a lot nicer and comfy, without the strange rules that they have. I will not be staying here again in future.
