Overall the property was clean and the staff were amazing! Breakfast buffet was excellent. I really liked that they have all the toiletries available for free in the lobby area. The room was small but the location made up for it.

Location is a short walk to Shibuya Scramble crossing. Rooms were super small. Restroom size is literally airplane size. Room barely fit 2 twin beds.

The location was phenomenal . Yuri at the front desk was exceptional The room was non smoking but still smelled strongly of smoke. The room was SMALL. The bathroom was the size of a sailboat bathroom. And the carpet was very dirty. We spilled water and used a towel to clean it up, but the white towel turned completely brown soaking up the water.

Location is very convenient and the staff were exceptional. Also the breakfast at the restaurant was excellent. I didn’t realize that the rooms were going to be that small, however we got used to it and it was just fine.

Location is perfect Compared to other places I stayed in Tokyo, the staff here at the hotel look as if they are tired and had a long busy day. We checked in around 6pm. It's Japan standard that the staff are very welcoming and very polite. The staff in this hotel were okay, decent.

Liked the free drinks & snacks and lounge space to relax from 6pm-10pm. Rooms were very small and be better if the lounge space was available during the day to sit & relax. The rooms are so small and claustophobic you don't want to sit in there.

Fantastic location minutes from Shibuya station. Staff were also wonderful. Free snacks and drinks each evening for happy hour. Some parts were older. So even with good cleaning it still had a bit of mild in the grout of the shower.

Location was convenient and within walking distance to Shibuya Sky, Shibuya crossing, and shopping/restaurants. We had two rooms and our other family member’s room was fine while our room strongly smelled of cigarette smoke and the toilet smelled like sewage. Upon checking out I noticed black spots on the ceiling and hoped it wasn’t mold.
