The staff were so kind and accommodating, the rooms were very comfortable and the location was perfect with shops, restaurants and metro station you can easily walk to. I highly recommend this hotel

Good location! Good and warm stuff Hotel Review This hotel uses environmental protection as an excuse to only provide room cleaning service every two days, which is plainly just a cost-cutting tactic under a fancy pretext. The bath towels are extremely thin and low-quality, and there is a persistent stale, musty odor lingering inside the room all the time. No matter what time I tried to do laundry—whether I got up at 6 a.m. in the morning or stayed up until midnight—the laundry machines were always fully occupied and impossible to access. If this property intends to operate as a semi-self-service hotel, it ought to properly equip sufficient laundry amenities and self-help facilities for guests. Conversely, if it positions itself as a standard regular hotel, it should not force customers to compromise and bear the inconvenience brought by their so-called environmental policy. Moreover, the shelf in the bathroom is uneven and wobbly, making it awkward to place toiletries steadily. Overall, the accommodation experience is disappointing and unsatisfactory.

The location was great and the staff was great. The rooms were very small as was the bathroom, the hotel was also very worn and we found a cockroach in our bathroom.

The lobby is nice with the books. The breakfast is good The room was small

The location of the property was very good. Services were great. Only issue with the property is the laundry room. Only has two washing machines for all of the guests. Although the hotel provides laundry services but their prices were quite pricey.

It felt a bit old - especially the lifts, the room was also not particularly spacious. At breakfast, the products were sometimes lacking and you have to ask the staff.

Loved the location, it was close to many restaurants and bars but still felt quiet rather than the major chaos of the city. Loved the amenities and staff hosting a matcha demonstration and then a rainy day pop up with beverages and snacks was top tier! Room was incredibly small, the photo advertised was a little misleading and made the room look a lot larger… however, we could’ve chosen a larger room and paid more for it so it was still good for what it was.

This is such a stunning hotel! I loved everything about it, from the lobby to the breakfest, room size, location - would come back again when I'm in Tokyo!

We were upgraded and our room was huge. Staff was so kind and helpful. They had multiple events while we were there, which included a free sake tasting and morning mimosas. Snacks and coffee available 24/7.

Everything worked good as expected. No English movies or channels to watch during the downtime.
