Location was nice, quiet part of Tokyo. Central to everything I was doing. Staff was very nice. Got the job done, nice for the value. Pillows weren't the best. Bit lumpy. (I'm comparing to all the other hotels I stayed at in Japan) The top of the closet had thick dust (granted I'm just super tall and can see it all) It was super small, wasn't even really a space to open my carry on small luggage.

Clean, comfortable and just like the pictures. Great location, was walking distance to Tokyo Tower and many other attractions as well as the train station. The staff were lovely and I would stay here again.

The location was so good for us. We were able to get a local train directly from Narita Airport to Daimon Station which was just 300 metres from the hotel and a straight forward and easy walk even with cases. The room, though small, was large enough for us to be able to put our cases in places where we could easily access the contents. The staff were so helpful and pleasant and a local subway and convenience store was just across the road. Been nice to have just one channel in English to watch on the TV.

The location is great, having the subway line two blocks away is very convenient. I have used the brand in other cities in Japan and i really like it, rooms are small but most of them are in japan are. We book with the breakfast included option, upon arrival they told us they did not have breakfast and gave us a starbucks voucher, i did not like that option.

Location was great. Not too far from the station or from Tokyo Tower. Very central area with fairly easy access to any neighborhood in Tokyo. Lots of restaurants in the area. Starbucks downstairs attached to the hotel ,and a convenience store right across the street. Overall a great value!

The beds were not that comfortable and they only have 2 pilows for a 2 person room

Hotel is pretty and clean Room is decent size compare the same price around Wifi is consistantly disconnected in the room every few minutes

The property was nice and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was an amenities bar on the second floor (lobby) and had everything you need for your stay if you forgot something. Our room was small but that’s typical in Tokyo. However, we made it work and had everything we needed.

The location of the hotel was what I wanted, easy access to touristy places , but with relaxed vibes. The hotel was having connectivity with Daimon Station, Hamamatsucho, and Oraimon Station - providing you access to almost all the places with 1-2 line change which is a very plus. Other than that, it is a standard Tokyo hotel, so no complaint as such - was as expected. Nothing that the hotel can do. Room sizes were small, but that is standard in Tokyo. So, no complaint.
