The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Rather small. Though there were two beds for the two of us, it was a bit difficult to move about.

The daytime staff asked us to use Sagawa Express for shipping our luggage. The signup process on a flyer in the hotel room was very frustrating - and I am technically savvy. After an hour of trying, my husband went back down to reception and got help from a different crew, the night shift crew who had checked us in the night prior. They were super helpful, and used Yamato to ship our luggage. Once they took over the process, it was a breeze. What a relief!

Pretty standard hotel that did the trick. Comfortable and quiet. Good location to the airport. Not much, just a bit dated and plain. Absolutely fine though.

Location wise is convenient, friendly staff, free amenities and room is clean l! Reasonable price too! Not a serious issue but the view is blocked by a building wall. Superstitious me giving me the room non prosperous and floor!

Great reachability from Subway, close to Tokyo tower. Clean and silent. as in Tokyo expected room was very small.

We liked the location near a train station, and the room was comfortable with just the right amenities. The room was a bit small for two people.

The room was clean, comfortable, and efficiently laid out. The breakfast was yummy and all the allergens were listed on signs labeling each dish. That was really helpful to me as I have Celiac disease and shellfish allergies. The beds were really comfortable and each bed had a firm and a soft pillow. The employees were pleasant and helpful. And it was close to a train station, so we could get anywhere easily. Plenty of places to eat nearby too. No complaints. A very pleasant stay.

Location is great, very close to subway and train stations, restaurants and konbinis. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Coin laundry is available and even accepts IC card payment.

We stayed 4 nights … Location, pleasant staff. Breakfast was very mediocre: mushy runny scrambled eggs, no fresh fruit except for orange slices. TV had no English channels- just 1 would have been ok.

Extremely clean, very friendly and polite staff. Breakfast starts at 6:30, perfect to start the day early. A lot of amenities if needed. Very well located with a strategic subway station near.

The location was just right for us, in a quiet street just 10 minutes from Hamamatsucho station (monorail to/from Tokyo-Haneda airport) and 5 minutes from Daimon station, with a direct line to Shinjuku station. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. The hotel has a coin laundry on the second floor with three washers/dryers, and we could monitor the use and availability of the machines on our room TV! Breakfast was served in the basement lounge, with Japanese and Western options -- but no outside food or drinks are permitted during the breakfast period. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were able to leave bags there for a couple of nights when we went on an excursion to the mountains. This is part of a chain of Sotetsu Fresa Inns, and there are others nearby -- so be sure to look for the Sotetsu Fresa Daimon. N/A

Rooms although small in American comparison, they were adequate and comfortable. Location was close to major subway and train station. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us with everything. Staff was awesome!!Loved that it was so close to Tokyo Tower! Great landmark to know you’re in the right area to go back “home” nightly!
