The breakfast was good The location was very good I like everything.

Direct monorail to the airport. Breakfast included by restaurant down the block was fair. Nice walk to Tokyo Bay.

Close to several Metro stations as well as the monorail. Breakfast was at a restaurant down the street, very good but would have been repetitive if staying more than a few days. Typically of Tokyo minimal room size but even then extremely small room, not even enough space to open up my carry on sized suitcase. The fan in the bathroom ran continuously and could not be turned off even long after a shower when there was no humidity.

Very easy access - the hotel was just around the corner from the Hamamatsuchō train/monorail station, breakfast was at a restaurant next door to the hotel, lots of food and minimart facilities around. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The window had an interesting view.

This is a small business hotel in a great location, just a short walk from Tokyo Tower. There are plenty of restaurant options and grocery stores nearby. It’s also very close to several subway lines, including the JR line. The room is quite compact but perfectly suited my needs. The bed was comfortable, and the available amenities were sufficient. I would definitely stay here again. None

The location is fantastic. The neighborhood is quiet, but food options were very close by and open early/late. If I ever return to Tokyo I will stay there again. The room had plenty of space for our belongings and everything we could possibly need. I loved the pijamas that were provided at this hotel. The breakfast got boring on day 3. There are only two options and not customizable.

Nice staff & excellent location. Free bottled water & delicious tangerines. The room was way too small… Also there was no bath tub.

Small, in a quiet area, with some lovely little restaurants and a small market close by. Definitely a business district, but on a small scale. Clean, sweet. Efficient friendly staff. Nothing to dislike!

A very convenient location - near the train station with direct train for Haneda airport as well as trains that get you around Tokyo. The room was small, but comfortable.

Conveniently located by the direct light rail to Haneda airport. Slight mildew smell in the bathroom.

Great amenities, all the toiletries you would need. Close location to one of the main temples and the train station. Great value for the price. Breakfast that was included at the associated café was lovely.

Great location with kind staff. Not a huge hotel but it's really nice. Shops and restaurants nearby are closed early in the evening.

Good location, good breakfast (a voucher for down the street at a different place), nice room with some space. Seemed like a standard low fuss business travel hotel - we were only staying one night before our flight home and it served our needs well. The bathroom door had a 1" gap at the bottom and no separate toilet cubical, so little in the way of sound privacy. The bed was quite firm and the pillows were the thin feather type that compress into flat nothing within minutes of putting your head down. This was a theme at every hotel we stayed at in Japan though (and plenty of people prefer it!)
