Amazing breakfast

Very good location when flying from Hanida airport. Lot's to look at withing walking distance and a few useful metro lines very close by. Not very touristy. Worked really well for us. Not a very personal hotel, minimum communication with staff but sufficient to make it work.

Best location, transportation convenience. Most of the staff are nice and welcome. We feel unwelcome by few staff with bad communication and body language. One of a glass has a lip mark on its edge.

I didn't stay for breakfast to see what it was like but that's a me problem <3

Close proximity to Hamamatsucho Station, Izakayas, & Konbini

Location was great, easy walking distance to train station, restaurants, Tokyo Tower, and other attractions. Bed was comfortable (for Japan where all the beds tend toward firm, this was on the softer side of firm), room was quiet, breakfast was good, and people at the front desk were friendly. Room was the usual small, but had everything I could possibly need.

Very clean, comfy little room with some complimentary goods like toothbrush, toothpaste, bath soap, etc. Check-in and check-out was very fast and easy. Distance from the station was also less than a 5 minute walk, which is easy even in the rain. The breakfast also has a good bit of variety and some of the offerings change slightly from day-to-day; all you have to do is tell them your room number.

The room was more spacious than the other two rooms that I stayed in while I was in Tokyo. The sink is located outside the bathroom and the toilet had its own room and the shower/tub also had its own room which was nice. The distance to the daimon station and hamamatsucho was great! Both stations had elevators if you need it. I felt safe walking in the area at night and there were some food options that opened a bit late even though they aren’t the best but at least it’s there. You can also get free sheet mask for your face and scented bath salts for your bath. It was very quiet and I never ran into anyone on my floor. I had a great view of the city which I liked. I enjoyed the tv right in front of the bed. The floor in front of my door had hairs when I checked in .. they may need to be better about vacuuming. The pillow I got from the pillow bar smelled like cigarettes. I got another one the next day but it still smelled a little of cigarettes.

Staff was excellent, Customer Service VERY good. Everybody was polite, courteous, attentive and kind. Hotel's location is perfect. Rooms are comfortable although a little smaller than they appear online, good for one person but if two, would feel a bit crowded. Very clean and very comfortable though. Breakfast. Food was good, selection of items was good but this felt like a limited breakfast for what you pay. When travelling I always book rooms with Breakfast Plan but in this case, I don't recommend it. Next time here, I would book room without Breakfast, pay less for the room & eat breakfast outside the hotel. Again - food was prepared well, it was delicious but too little for what I paid.

Location and helpful staff.

I am impressed with the cleanliness and the thoughtfulness this hotel has put into making their guests comfortable. I could choose my pillow height, get extra blankets, borrow certain items like Iron boards, and choose skincare, haircare products from a well-equipped product bar. Everything I needed to make my stay comfortable was in the room including a small fridge. The breakfast was lovely - mostly Japanese cuisine - for someone with milk allergy, this has been very helpful. Highly recommend for solo travelling/business and perhaps a couple. Space, however, is limited in the room.

A few more laundry machines would be fantastic...had to wait to use the two that were there.

The location was optimal. Walking distance from great landmarks and just 1 short train away from Haneda Airport. The staff was very helpful. The room was extremely small. 2 people with one suitcase each was enough to not being able to walk around. The bed itself had one side on the wall, meaning one of us couldn't get in or out of bed without going through the other one. Also: 2 washing machines for the whole building made them very hard to find free.

Breakfast was excellent, many choices of food, primarily Japanese style breakfast food, which is what I wanted. The staff was excellent. The staff members were able to help me with the check in process as well as other questions despite my lack of Japanese language ability. I really appreciate their courteous help. Nothing. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Everything. Very cozy for one people in the room. We paid for the lowest price of the room, and it's beyond our expectations
