The location of the hotel is good. Close to stations. The room had a Tokyo tower view. The room was really small. We had connecting double rooms but they really are connecting single rooms. There isn’t enough room to open big suitcases. The entire room and floor had a smell. Only if you blast the ac on full does the smell go away and then it’s freezing. Breakfast was just ok.

The rooms were small but since I was a solo traveler it was fine.

Coffee and tea was not provided in the room. There was a pot to boil water and I asked for a package of tea to take to my room for the morning.

The facility and the room is clean, the staff members are very kind and helpful, the location is very convenient and closing to the subway. The options for the complimentary personal care items are really thoughtful. The room is good enough for one person but is really small.

Staff where nice, helpful, and spoke great English. I appreciated the privacy/ cleaning system where you can put magnets on the outside of the door if you want people to come in or not. Coin laundry with detergent provided is very handy. Location is extremely close to less crowded trains that go up to Ginza/ Asakusa/airports, along with the famous Yamanote line towards Shibuya. Medium walk away from Ginza or Tokyo tower. Could have been cleaner, there was dust built up in crevasses, bedding low-key felt unwashed, found hair around. They also automatically give you new towels/toothbrush every day (placed outside door if no housekeeping), which I didn't need and felt unsustainable.

Most of the experience there is good except for using the coin laundry. The coin laundry did not show the accurate time required and made me go downstairs a couple of times to check.

Room is quite small for two persons--barely enough to place luggage pieces. Breakfast has limited choices. Coffee and drink machines are at service merely during breakfast time and from 17:00 to 21:00. Escape stairs are locked to be functionless.

Convenient location, easy access, safe area, great staff, very clean room Lighting in the room could be better. There are few light sources in the room, all very bright and with sub optimal locations. A dimmer would have been nice as brightness was too much or too little but not a deal killer.

Rooms and common spaces were very small and cramped. Neighborhood is relatively quiet and uninteresting for Tokyo.

Our stay here was only for one night, it was close to the train station and the monorail back to the airport. The rooms were small, but clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the welcome drinks for the whole family a nice surprise.
