A bit boring and empty

Location is good, although a bit far from the subway. Comfort is outstanding - bed is amazing, futon was excellent, room view is breathtaking, and the bathroom is among the best I've had in a hotel. Great shower, very good bathtub, very good products (shampoo, cream etc), and the view from the bathtub is wonderful. And the breakfast is good, especially in the main restaurant. There is not much to complain. If you can afford, it's a formidable hotel.

The friendly and accomadting staff! The view, the service, we were totally taken care of. We asked for items and they helped make it happen. When we were checking out we requested help with bags and they carried out 7 + suit cases without complains T.T I love the Okura hmmm I would say I didnt like how short my stay was. I wish it was longer. hahah . I dont really have many complains, if anything maybe the meals can be more in variations?

Very Clean, very attentive staff, we stayed in the Heritage wing and it was a Japanese style suite. Turned down service excellent. Shoes cleaned daily by butler service. A variety of on site restaurants and easy walk to nearby restaurants. We stayed 5 nights. Nothing. It’s was excellent.
