A very modern, clean, and stylish room with excellent value for money.

The hotel is in the newly fashioned Toranomon district which is the business district. The cabbie didn’t even know how to get there initially because it is very new. From check in to check out..no issues with language or hospitality. The rooms are well appointed and very big with every amenity you could want…they even have pajamas and tea sets. I travel to Tokyo for business often and will definitely stay here only. The breakfast buffet is insane with offerings and the service is top Notch. My co-worker was at the Edition and came to the Toranomon for breakfast every morning. This is the place to stay in Tokyo in the area. Calm, clean and updated!!! Honestly, the only thing that was tough was casting my tv, but I think that is an effect of traveling internationally!!

The location, the price
-
Excellent location, the building is connected to the subway and the surroundings are incredible! The staff are super friendly, they helped us with the luggage forwarding with ease making it easy. Breakfast is most definitely a highlight! Will return for sure

Thank you A little pricey - but great
-
In the morning quite often have to wait for a table to have breakfast
-
Beautiful modern and spacious room. Clean lines, beautiful design The area is businesslike. There aren’t any places to walk around or restaurants. You need to take transportation to go anywhere to have dinner
-
Very comfortable stay, lovely room with lots of table-top space to put items, lighting beddings and air con system all nicely designed. Location was good with subway at the basement without much walking distance at all.

great hotel with big rooms. very clean. great staff and good breakfast the water temperature wasn't very stable but we did ok with it

Location-wise this is in a business part of Tokyo so if you want to be "in the action", this isn't the right place for you. But the hotel connects to Toranomon Hills Station Tower with direct access to the super convenient Hibiya and Ginza lines. The 24/7 lounge which is available to guests before check-in and after check-out is exceptional, making those "in-between" hours part of your exceptional experience. My minor nitpicks were no bath tub (which is clear when booking though) and no deodorizer spray in-room as is common in Japanese hotels.

The hotel was great. We had spectacular view of Tokyo from our room. The breakfast was phenomenal. Super friendly staff. We had amazing time.

Room is quite small and the room rate also a bit high. We booked the room through Booking.com and prepaid entirely a month and half before we stayed there. When we checked out, the hotel insisted that they didn’t have the payment record even though we showed them the email showing that we paid for it. At the end, we had to pay again and have to contact Booking.vom to ask for the refund which is very troublesome because we don’t know where n how to do so.

The location is amazing. The hotel is warm and cozy and over the period of four days I grew to like to more each day. Love it. I booked another hotel for the remainder of my stay since this was my first time in Tokyo and wanted to experience another area. But we were sad to leave . I have no complaints,

This hotel was beautifully designed. A stunning atmosphere and interior architecture, every area of this hotel was a tranquil and peaceful vibe. The staff were very attentive, kind and helpful. Their email communication was amazing, detailed and within a short time frame. The location is the best in my opinion. With the entire building situation above the T market which is full of restaurants and bars, we could not have asked for a better area to stay in. Thank you to Ringo and the team for all your hard work and dedication. Shaxton from Samoa. Everything exceeded our Expectations

The room was a bit small, the sink is in the room and not in the bathroom. But the hotel kindly offered to store our extra suitcases with them, so we had enough space to move around the room.

I enjoyed location , the room, the hotel staff I enjoyed everything.
-
I loved the hotel’s location. Having direct access to the Hibiya Line right at the hotel entrance made a huge difference, and the connection to the shopping complex is a great bonus. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff are attentive and very helpful. The only downside was the strong food smell in the lobby, which was sometimes unpleasant.

Loved the privacy of the property, the lounge and the breakfast! The only thing I did not care for is the kitchen in the front entrance of the hotel.
