Very nice warm welcome easy check in service. Cabin was clean and had an amazing sleep ( not much noise for a Friday night ) by far the best cabin I have used for the money and location. Not the company fault but could not use the spa because of my tattoos.

Very clean, central, friendly I would prefer if there were lockers for the hand luggage and if the pods were lockable.

It was clean and modern and very good value for money. The beds were a little hard and other people coming into the area woke me but I am a light sleeper, my partner had no issues.

Property was cheap and clean, with an ok distance form the train station. The cabin has only a small storage compartment, the showers are on a different floor to the cabins. This lift operation is infuriating as you have to go to anywhere via floor 6 and if a female (has an access card) gets in the lift then it goes to the female floors first then you have to go back to floor 6 if in this time the lift is called to any other floor e.g. floor 1 the whole process starts again. The cabins are also incredible hot and the beds very hard making it difficult to sleep.

All the vicinities were very clean and looked new. The sento bath was nice and the vanity area had both curling and straightening irons as well as hairdryers! I went in summer and the AC function in the capsule/cabin didn’t really work so it was a bit hot..

This is the 3rd time I've stayed at a First Cabin property in Tokyo. Always an excellent value, immaculately clean and friendly and helpful staff. I have already booked one more stay at the end of my current trip.
