Nothing No staff at the reception even I was texting them through booking with no one responding Check in at 16:00 is crazy and even the bed was ready before but they didn’t care and I was texting without anyone responding

It’s peaceful. Nothing. I had a great time resting or sleeping after a long day outside.

Very worth the price. The beds were comfortable, all my belongings stayed safe. Good amenities, and it was pretty quiet. The location was a little hard to find at first. I had a hard time understanding the lock mechanism at the front door as well. It would have felt safer if our passwords to get it would be given via email/message instead of everyone’s names and passwords being put on paper on the door for everyone.

Good location, easy to reach from Tokyo and Shinbashi stations. You can check out as late as 11am. Everything apart from the toilets is in one room, so the common area can't really be used without disturbing people. I suffered two insect bites in bed. I came in spring, and it was too hot, even with air conditioning.

Only saw a staff member once. There was no separate bunk rooms. The hostel had an open layout. It made it look like a dog kennel honestly. It was super small. Facility and amenities were bad. The tiny lounge room was full of everyone’s suitcases. They don’t turn the ceiling down lights off at night so it’s super hard to fall asleep. Don’t go here

This capsule hotel is conveniently located, the bed was comfortable, and - at least when I stayed there - it was pretty quiet :) It was a little bit messy (shoes, luggage etc. laying around on common ground spaces), but honestly nothing too bad!

Harshana is a good host and keeps the property clean. He is helpful. Close to Shimbashi station, post office, coin laundry and small small supermarket. Smoking on the balcony, allows the smoke to come inside.

Harshana is a friendly and helpful host. The bathrooms / Showers are always clean. The temperature is consistent , a Humidifier is on the floor. Cold drinking water is available, I stayed here twice , four nights on each occasion. I will be back next year. Colin
