Room is spacious for three of us. Very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed staying there.

The room was proper, small as most rooms but enough for being confortable in the 2 beds and open our carryon in the corridor. The complementary towels were very good as well. The it has washing machines with detergent included, that is very convenient.

It was clean, convenient to 2 subway stations, McDonalds next door, Coco Ichiban Curry House next door, 2 Family Mart and a 7-11 in 5 minutes walking distance. Heart of Shinjuku is a 15 minute walk. The room was clean, efficient, and quiet. Staff was amazing and so helpful.

We booked a corner room, and I was honestly surprised by how spacious it was. Not only was it large by Japanese standards, but it was also very comfortable by Western standards. The room included a sink and a small kitchen area, with a separate toilet room and a proper shower area rather than just a shower inside the bathtub, something we really appreciated. The bed was super comfy, and despite being in Tokyo, the room was surprisingly quiet, which made for a very restful night’s sleep. Having a washer-dryer in the room was also a great touch. The location worked very well for us. There were several konbinis nearby and a CoCo Ichibanya just down the street. We could easily walk to the nearest subway station, and the Airport Limousine Bus stop at the Hilton was only about a 7-minute walk away, making airport transfers very convenient. The amenities were excellent. The amenity bar at reception offered a wide selection of toiletries and extras to choose from, while slippers and pajamas were already provided in the room. The coffee and ice machines were fantastic and something we used regularly throughout our stay. The staff were wonderful throughout our stay, but one member of the reception team in particular left a lasting impression. Unfortunately, I forgot his name, but he provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! My fiancé was trying to contact a company regarding a piece of equipment he hoped to purchase, and we were having difficulty communicating and sorting everything out. This staff member not only helped us make the initial call, but contacted the company multiple times in an effort to assist us. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help were truly remarkable. He absolutely did not have to go to such lengths for us, and I was genuinely touched by how invested he was in helping us solve the problem.

Breakfast was bad! In fact, let us not call it a breakfast when compared with what we had at the other hotels. It was a morning snack. Rooms were real small. I knew that the rooms at Tokyo are small ,but this was smaller because they put extra stuff and they are occupying some space.

Room was on the smaller side and no room to unpack clothes but that's the same with most hotel rooms in Japan it seems.

Located near the business sector in the Shinjuku area. A bunch of good restaurants near the hotel as well very accessible for mass transit options. Across the street is a park which had a small shrine which was cool to see for those in the group who had not been to Japan before. The hotel was a great fit for what we needed and for the size group we had. Will definitely stay there again. No issues at all.

It was okay and location was good. The room was small but fine at least had a bathtub. Room can be more bigger when you consider the paid money.

Located in quieter area, easy access to subway (3minute walk), McDonalds and Lawsons close by. Self serve breakfast was nice experience Rooms are exceptionally small. Breakfast selection limited and only can eat in room, no dining area.

No complaints. Second time staying here and will definitely coming back. The hotel allowed you to borrow a hair straightener so don't bother to bring yours from home.

Staff spoke some English, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel had good amenities in the lobby. The location is close to convenience stores and restaurants. There is a subway close by and in a quiet location. The room was very small and could not open the luggage fully unless placed on the bed. It is a 10-15 min walk to Shinjuku Station, which is further than expected. There is not much to do around the hotel itself.

Like how close it is to train stations. The strict house keeping rules, usually like daily house keeping.
