Good price-quality of service ratio and the staff is very kind and professional. The communication with my very poor Japanese proficiency and using also English was not always easy, but they were very patient and helpful. The bed was a bit uncomfortable the first night, having traveled with heavy luggage for nearly 2 weeks already, but you get used really fast to the technology the mattress is built with, and then it’s perfectly fine.

Daily towel change. Coin laundry in the hotel. Daily breakfast The exhaust fan in the room just spreads the cigarette smoke from one room to the other that's why those rooms are cheaper. Walls are thin and I can hear the occupant from the other room snoring

It's was our first stay in tokyo for 2 nights, the room was extremely small but clean. Staff was lovely. Close to Ningyocho station from Narita if you travel by keisei train. Rooms are extremely small with blocked view. And the lights were dim.

Stayed 4 nights. Good hotel, typical Japanese style, clean etc. Staff was very helpful & as always, super courteous.

The breakfast was more Japanese style, as most of the customers were Japanese, perhaps with nearby office workers working late. In addition to the Japanese style breakfast, the OJ and coffee were great! Very clean room cleaned every four days. Pajamas, toothbrush and razor supplied. The hotel was a bit far from the subway station. was not able to utilize room phone for domestic calls. there was no explanation in English for the use of the air conditioner control. I had to change rooms after the first few days - a hassle, but learned that it was the Toyoko Inn policy.

Staff were very friendly. It was clean and quiet. Check in time at 4.00 pm is a bit late. Breakfast could have more continental food for foreign guests.

As expected the breakfast was Japanese. Location wasn't very far from the center. The room was very clean and had everything one needed. There were not many European guests therefore the breakfast was only Japanese.

The breakfast is very good. Location is very accessible with different train stations. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast are the same everyday.

The location in central Tokyo was very good. Tokyo Station was within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helped with requests. The room had everything you need.Breakfast was simple, but good (Japanese style) I would come back.
