it is in a charming area. the area can be quiet at night, which is great, but some people may want easier access to nightlife beyond the bar

The location is amazing in the middle of the city and next to a train station. The staff is extremely kind and they all speak English so very tourist friendly. The atmosphere and style of the hotel is very cool. Nothing. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at (as someone that only stays in classic and old school hotels).

Everything was great: front desk, lobby, restaurants, food quality, and room. Everything was perfection Hot tub was missing and pool kids hours could better. Also, a breakfast start at 6 instead of 7 would be better

The bed and pillows were comfortable, the view from our sofa was beautiful and I appreciated the in room water filter. Laundry facilities would’ve been convenient. I wanted a relaxed environment but for the two days I was there young children were running around and it was hard to find a peaceful table from loud “tech bros.” It was a scene at a typical NYC hotel.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 — Absolutely the Best Hotel Experience in Tokyo I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about ONE Hotel Tokyo. They’ve only been open for about a month, but you would never guess it. The level of teamwork, professionalism, and genuine care from the staff feels like they’ve been operating together for years. Every interaction felt seamless, thoughtful, and deeply welcoming. From the moment I arrived, the entire team made me feel like family. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. The atmosphere throughout the hotel felt warm, personal, and luxurious all at once. The amenities were exceptional. The gym was beautiful and fully equipped, and the spa and sauna areas were incredibly relaxing — the perfect way to unwind after exploring Tokyo. The rooms themselves were absolutely stunning: spacious, thoughtfully designed, and filled with small details that made a huge difference. One thing that completely blew me away was the water filtration system in the rooms. It’s rare to notice something like that while traveling, but the quality and attention to detail were next level. What truly made this stay unforgettable, though, was the staff. They went above and beyond in ways I’ve honestly never experienced before at any hotel. The hotel even drove me to a few destinations free of charge using their hotel car, which was such an unexpected and generous touch. I especially want to thank Vo (V-O), who made my stay even more memorable. He gave me incredible food recommendations that ended up being some of the best meals I had in Tokyo. On top of that, after I accidentally left a few belongings behind at the hotel, he went completely out of his way — even after work, I believe — to personally bring my things to my new location in Tokyo. That level of care and hospitality is unbelievably rare. This didn’t feel like staying at a hotel. For me the location was nice but I liked other areas of Tokyo more

The location of the hotel is prime, Tokio is a big city with many hubs but, this building is in a very close approximity of many of those hubs.
