the quietness of the room floor the smell of the shower rooms... (female area) the shower room floor is very crowded in weekends

The location is hard to beat and the price was really reasonable. The cleanliness. My locker had makeup on the door, there wasn’t any soap in the bathrooms on my floor, the capsule itself was stuffy, scuffed up, and smelled of other people’s sweat. It was so bad that I went to the dollar store nearby to buy disinfectant wipes so I could wipe all the dirty areas down myself.

Clean, quiet, near metro, fun and unique experience No place to get organized easily

The facilities are clean, tidy. The environment is quiet.

Location Checking in was not easy. Lots of signatures like if you were asking for a loan. The men lockers area (showers, lockers, and lavatories) smell like hell, almost to vomit. Booking.com lied to me about my room since they allow me to reserve a room for two (me and my 11 year son) but there was not such room, it didn't exists at all so my 11 year son was supposed to sleep by himself in a shared room with no doors at all. Even that, I decided to proceed and agreed to sleep in separate capsules but then our neighbor snores like a bear and make all the capsule to shake, I know that it is not hotel's fault but my son was not able to sleep there and when I asked for a change (even when they have some other capsules away from the bear available) they don't agreed so this experience was so bad that I will never trust booking.com about the rooms and that I never will go back to that place again. What was supposed to be a good experience it was converted into a nightmare.

It is hard if you travel with multiple bags. Keep in mind you need to store your bags on a single locker. The bathroom and showers are on the same floor.

Beds are like saw it hurts our backs
-
the shower rooms have stong smell, mainly due to poor ventilation.

Major issues: - No space to relax: The 'lounge' is just a few chairs against a wall. There is no real common area to chill out, which is frustrating since you are not allowed to stay in your capsule during the day. - Fake sleep data: The sleep report they gave me was completely inaccurate. It said I slept for 12 hours until 9:00 AM, but I actually checked out at 6:45 AM. - Bad facilities: The male floor (Level B) smelled terrible. There was also zero space to sit or put your clothes. Completely disappointed. I do not recommend staying here.

The staff wasn’t very friendly

Great fancy hostel.

Location is great, very close to Akasaka metro station. Good restaurants near by as well. Bed in capsule is pretty comfortable. All in all i would recommend it☺️ Only thing that bothered me is that it wasn’t quiet so i had trouble sleeping but that depends i guess on people around you. How lucky you are or unlucky ?

Amazing Amazing

- The location was good near restaurants, convenience stores, and the train station. - Locker room smells so bad, especially the showers. Likely the drains and sewers. It being hot down there with barely any ventilation doesn’t help. - Lockers are thin and small so if you can’t fit your stuff in you will have to store it at the front and come back often to get stuff as needed. - The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Pillow was almost like a bean bag material. - Having to leave everyday from 11am-3pm for their mandatory cleaning was an inconvenience.

It’s my third time staying here and it’s really good value. Everything is very clean and the staff always try their best to help you despite difficulty in communicating using English. It’s a bit of a hassle that we cannot keep our luggage in our own locker and we have to go up and down the stairs every night to restock what we need

Location was great. If city noise bothers you then this place is great as it’s just far enough from the noise but walkable to the shops, food, entertainment, subway. Cross your fingers and hope that your neighboring pods do NOT snore. No guarantees. The listing shows ‘great breakfast’ but when I asked the staff they told me there is NO breakfast. Pod #206 has a weird buzzing sound that turns on maybe every 60 seconds. I wore ear plugs and was able to drown it out.

Fun experience

Location Bed and storage are on different floors

The bed and pillow were not comfortable for me, quite hard. The lockers are a bit too small for the luggage.

Lockers are too small and there’s no room to move at all.
