Location is a little bit far away from the stations.
-
The hotel only has a single elevator and no stairs, there is no breakfast at the hotel
-
clean and staff are great and friendly noisy the worst I have experienced in Japan was given another room at the back of hotel was much quieter but still noisy.
-
Just very good service. Friendly staff. Towels and toiletry replaced everyday. Great location. I miss Tokyo already. Been there 2x already in my life. No complaints here.
-
Great staff & good value Nothing I could think of
-
Location is perfect, and the room was clean. Too small rooms.
-
Close to station about 10 mins walking. PV hotel. Anywhere in Tokyo was max 45 mins Not have paid breakfast, and coin laundry. You need to walk 10 mins for close location, but the machines there was better. Room was slighty smaller than other APAs we stayed

I love how clean the hotel was and the staff were so kind. I liked everything about my stay.
-
Someone opened the door to my room at 8:30 in the morning without knocking. A little (very) concerning.
-
It’s really close to all of the go to destinations in Akihabara,Tokyo Dome, Korakuen Hall and it’s very close to T-CAT airport limousine bus station. For the price especially if you’re a solo traveler, I highly recommended it. There was only one elevator and with all of tourists having multiple luggage’s there wasn’t any space to fit in.

The room's hot/cold temp. was controlled by the outside temperature. What I mean is, even if I set my AC to pretty cold, if the outside temp was also cold then the hotel as a whole was set to using heat. There were several nights where outside was maybe upper 40s or 50's F so I couldn't use my AC in my room (no window I could open either). This wasn't terrible but I haven't experienced this before at a hotel. Something to note, I did not experience this same thing at another APA hotel i stayed at in Kyoto so maybe it was just this location.

Location and cleanliness . N/A
-
Compact, but luggage space under bed was great. A/C was centrally controlled so only had window for air sadly
-
Mainly its location The room was not cleaned during the stay

I liked the rooms, staff, and aesthetic

The staff were nice. The room was clean. The origami crane left by housekeeping on arrival was a nice touch. The building is located on a major highway with two more roads running adjacent to the building. All day and all night you will hear vehicles and trains constantly passing, loud exhausts from modded cars and bikes, sirens from emergency vehicles, and construction sounds. It was the loudest room I’ve ever stayed in my entire life. Even earplugs didn’t help. I slept horribly every night. There was no hallway. Your door opens up to the terrace where sound ping pongs off the concrete walls so you have the noise coming from both your front door and the window by the head of the bed. Your room is essentially a noise tunnel. The only relief was actually sleeping UNDER the bed as it created essentially a shelter from the noise. There was only one elevator for the entire building (fourteen floors) and even though I was on the third floor there were no stairs I could take unless it was an emergency. Also there were no laundry facilities in the entire building.

Location Very tight space in room for suitcase c2
-
Great location, staff and price. Nothing
-
Location close to train station Bed and pillows not comfortable. Pillows are too soft and the bed feels sunk more than the other APA hotel. Could be our room only, maybe we got much older bed.

Affordable and great service! Bed could be better, but can't be picky for the price. Pillows feel a little flat as well. Also I wish I could control the thermostat, the room only had a heater option and I like my rooms cold. Luckily I was able to crack the window open to chill the room.
