Friendly staff helped me, when I first checked in, Shimada helped me check in and answered my questions for during my stay. The hotel was also very close to many nearby shops so it was perfect stay for that. The room size was a bit small but I grew to like it, I think it was more about being a efficient space so I think it made sense with the size.

The breakfast came from a local izakaya attatched to the building. It was really good as every day it was a breakfast style buffet that felt cozy and quaint. The staff was also very nice aswell and was always checking on if I found it great. Nothing much really. At most I would talk about the size of the room being a bit small compared to most other hotels but overall there was nothing I did not like about the hotel. Hell, during the recent typhoon in Japan, the hotel staff was kind enough to throw away a broken umbrella for me.

Staff had dedicated English speakers that could assist me. I locked my Keycard twice in the room, and they were able to assist me promptly both times. I was also almost late for 3rd-day-housekeeping, and they were non-intrusive in letting me know. They even prioritized my room in cleaning; knowing I'd like to be back from my mini-escapades as soon as possible.

The location, the room, and the service provided was exceptional. They were also able to accommodate our luggage until midnight after checkout. The staff was also very friendly. The room was also really clean and quiet. I would recommend people to stay here as it offers the best value near Akihabara main area.

The hotel is situated right in the centre of Akihabara, subway and railway stations are close. There are plenty of shops nearby, exciting expecially for persons interested in anime and retro gaming. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and answered all my questions quickly. The room was in a quiet angle in the 13th floor, but there was not much noise anyway. In the room itself, which was small but optimized in size, there is practically everything you need for a short or for a long stay. The breakfast is a really nice selection of Japanese dishes and international cuisine. The kitchen staff was very nice too and showed me how to prepare udon. It was my first time in Japan/Tokyo and can only say it was a very good start. Actually I remember nothing I could complain about. The only thing is that the room becomes a bit dusty here and there. I think because of the air conditioning, which is really required because the room can heat up during the day. The staff cleaned that up only once during my stay, but that was acceptable.

The hotel is very well located, the rooms are very clean and well taken care of. As per Japanese standards, you receive all amenities that you would need. There is self check in / out process in place - very standardized. Everything is made easy for you - there are lots of instructions that accommodate you to different room functionalities. The room is very small, but the design is smart - you can store your luggage under the bed. The bathroom is tiny but has everything you need.
