Location to sites, food, shopping Wide lobby with two entrances Side door into convenience store Cleaning service every day Laundry facilities available That I did not take the time to Google Translate the displays in the lobby, they looked interesting

Can walk straight with luggages from exit 3 asakusa station. Near sensoji temple can walk easily in center of asakusa. Have self check in & out, easy to do with staff helping at the reception. Can deposit luggages in case of not in check-in time yet. Clean room and toilet is good. Have many shops and restaurants nearby.

Excellent location. Very convenient. Room size is a bit small for 4 people but it reasonable. A bit noise from outside.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Even though the check-in process is via machine, they were still welcoming regardless. Location is also very good, you get a small view of Senso-ji and right next to a good train station line. Attached to the hotel is a Familymart which made convenience store runs extremely easy. Overall hotel is dated with the interior design of the rooms and hallways. Hallways aren't entirely clean as stains are present in the carpet. Beds are very stiff while also feeling worn out.

Excellent location for an Asakusa stay, small room, but clean and well maintained. Most of the front desk staff seemed to speak little or no English, making it difficult to obtain information or ask questions.

The location was excellent and facilities were good. Happy to recommend to others and would stay again myself.

Hotel is perfectly located in the historic district of Asakusa in Tokyo; steps away from the Sensoji Temple. Staff was professional and accommodating. Rooms were clean, affordable and big enough to accommodate our group. Check out was easy and the hotel was able to store our luggage until we were ready to leave to the airport. Not applicable.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The hotel is conveniently located near attractions and the train station, with plenty of food options and a nearby grocery — perfect since I needed to buy lots of drinking water.

The hotel is conveniently located for tourists visiting Asakusa. The rooms are a bit small, but they are very clean and well-maintained. Self-laundry service is available, and amenities are available in the lobby. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful in giving directions and helping send our luggage on to our next stop. The restaurant breakfast is very reasonable and a very satisfying buffet. Very convenient and fast.

The room carpet was worn down and the walls need painting.

The staff are warm in welcoming guests. They do not make them wait and are very attentive to guests. I cannot charge my phone because it is not compatible with the socket and cables.
