I liked the cafe mixed in with the hotel and appreciated that they had vending machines and well kept areas for showers. The bed was hard as a rock. I was led to believing photos that this was an elevated hostel, but I was mistaken. Bed was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on in a hostel and I’ve paid a cheaper price for more comfy beds in hostels.

Fantastic location in Akasaka, right next to the metro station. Clean property and an experience as well staying in capsule hotels. Strong Cigarette smell in the entrance and lobby. Beds are very very hard.
-
Decent stay & pleasant experience Pillows are not good enough to be honest, please get more fluffy pillows.
-
The property is very convenient to food and drinking spots. You can walk around this downtown area and find what you need or want to explore.
-
The location is perfect, close to a few stations and near a bunch of restaurants! There were only 2 showers for the women’s section so i had to shower late at night when they were open.
-
Felt all of the springs in the bed. The door constantly opening and closing during the night was very evident from my room.

Standard and expected Cramped

No complaints

Nice location The bed was SO hard. I’ve never slept on a more uncomfortable bed

Great location, the staff were very accommodating. Nothing, everything as expected.

Mattress is hard.

Great location. Much bigger than the usual capsule experience and many amenities - space to lock personal items in the room. TV, in women’s area a soaking tub and its biggest plus is a washing machine - coins in front desk and apparently the laundry soap is dispensed by machine (I don’t think so though). There is also a general space to lock your luggage, nearby your room. Also because it is so close to the streets expect noise at nights. I was awaken by police blow horns - mgmt did not alert us of what was happening - and a lot of activity. Felt very, very dated - OLD - don’t expect too much there. The pictures on website must be de decades ago.

I've stayed here 3 times now, and I've always enjoyed it. The rooms are spacious, quick access to the bathrooms and showers, the feeling of safety in the sleeping floors. Some capsules don't have that feeling. The staff are all friendly and accommodating, and can hold your luggage early before the check in time. The café is on the same floor as the reception, and you can come here in the morning for a quick bite too! Also it's a 3 min walk to the nearest station. My only complaint is that the luggage storage in the sleeping floors can be handled better. I had 2 big luggage bags at the time, and I had to daisy chain my luggage locks together to tie it to the only metal bar. I was squishing someone's luggage bag in between, but there was enough space for them to take it out if needed.

There were only 2 showers for women to use. There is onsen but if your not comfortable with that style it can be rough. It was not clear where to leave towels and pj's so they would be changed out for the next day.

Location great, clean & quiet Mattress quite hard but I prefer a bit more soft

Cleanliness, Spacious room for premium class, TV with the room, amentities avaible for both lobby and public bathroom. Public bathroom comes with two options: hot spring/hot bath which is open to public and private shower rooms for people who don't feel comfortable in public. The bed was a little too hard in my opinion, although the floor itself was quiet most of the time, of course there are people who started packing or left for early flight. Since each room have open space above the sliding door for circulation, you can hear every single noise which I found it to be a little disturbing but it is what it is.

The staff was great Shower was not the same level as the bedroom. The sleeping area was too hot. Not enough air circulation.
-
The location was perfect and close to everything The bathroom being on another floor entirely (basement) while rooms where on the 6th floor with only one elevator in the facility
-
Staff the females were so rude. No free coffee ir water like hawaii. The showers are in another level. Lights were nit dimmed at night time

Bed is a little uncomfortable. Would be nice to have a little bit more room for luggage storage
