Very close to convenient shops and restaurants Nothing

We stayed here overnight after flying into the airport, with plans to take a morning train to Kyoto. It was conveniently located to the train/metro station. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable nothing
-
A bit of a walk from the subway station. Room a little small.
-
Very convenient location with all you need for your fist visit to Tokyo without being in the crowded areas.
-
The location was perfect and they helped us to carry our luggage when we checked in.

The room is compact, small yet have everything we need for a night. Its location is fantastic, right next to Kitashinagawa and just a few steps away from 7-11. The staff was so nice and helpful.

The location was excellent. A nice walk from Shinagawa Station, a major station that has a lot of options like JR Transit and Shinkansen. Lots of late night options when you walk about the door. The room is a standard Japanese size. Lots of storage very helpful staff. The bathroom is normal which is great. Stairs. It's just hard when you have suitcases. They don't have any elevators nor an easier way to bring up any suitcases.

location was nice -- 10 minute walk from Shinagawa station. I was suprsied room had a (very small) kitchen. Price was good for the value. Facility showed signs of age and neglect, such as dust build-up in the corners. room and bath were small but useable--to be expected for tokyo.

Everything. Super close to the train station, wasn’t hard to navigate around.
-
Really nice location. Very quiet and close to Shinagawa Station. Really nice neighborhood. No elevator for the upper floors and the room were a bit dirty and moldy.

Nice place No complaints

The price, cleanliness and the super helpful and fluent (in English) staff member. I went to some pretty high end tourist hotels during my stay but this was the easiest experience of them all I could go with another pillow, but pretty sure i could have gotten one if I asked

While the room is small, it is properly furnished with Queen size bed, mini-Fridge, bath tub, electric cooking stove, and small TV The Location of the Hotel is 90m from the Kitashinagawa Station. The walking surface from Station to Hotel is relatively flat. The room is kept clean when I checked into my room. No Lift to the upper floors. As such, I had to carry my 20kg luggage up the narrow stairway. No room cleaning service during the duration of my stay. Had to clear my own trash and dirty towels to the designated disposal areas. Clean Towels were obtainable from the Reception.

Nice location it could have lavatory inside the bathroom

This hotel is fairly basic, but has everything you need (microwave, tv, small cook-top, sink, cutlery, fridge, soap/shampoo/conditioner, etc.). Be aware though that there isn't a daily housekeeping service, unless you pay extra. However, i stayed 7 nights and was entitled to one free day of housekeeping. I didn't opt for that, as a solo traveler there were enough towels and such to suit my needs and for such a short stay it wasn't necessary to change bed sheets. The bed is firm and the pillows have beads or something in them, but one side of the pillow has a thicker layer of cloth so you don't really feel them. I quite liked the bed set up. The bathroom is tight, but sufficient. Check in was smooth, the staff were excellent (they can hold your luggage for you until check in, they even took my suitcase up to my room), and they were very polite. There is an accommodation tax charged at check in, but it was only a few hundred Yen. You're given codes for late night access and also for the floor 1 access to the bins outside, which technically is the basement level (the entrance to the hotel is on floor 2, but is technically the ground floor, it's a bit odd). On floor 1 (downstairs basement level) there are also laundry facilities and a vending machine. The location is very good, but not great. Ideally somewhere a little closer to the main areas on Tokyo would be ideal. But if budget or availability is an issue you could do a whole lot worse. It's about a 20 minute walk from one of the main stations, Shinagawa, but you can change to a local train line for one stop and get off at Kitashinagawa station, the hotel only a 3 minute walk from there. It's slightly cumbersome to have to get another train at the end of a long day exploring (not to mention navigating the confusing Tokyo stations), but the trains run often.

Clean, really liked how there’s a lot of accommodations, especially a separate sink, microwave, a fridge, etc. location is nice, close to Shinagawa Station and couple of nice restaurants. Perfect for few nights. Just a bit small, I like some room between the bed and the desk but it’s fine.

The lobby was nice, with extra amenities to pick up self-serve. Location is convenient, there’s a Family Mart and grocery market nearby. Also close to the station. The room is dated and a bit dusty, wallpaper is peeling. The hallway to the rooms are dark and outdated. No elevators.

Great staff. Shout out to Chris! Has a book that tells you how to use and what to do in English. No elevator. A bit of inconvenience if carrying a lot of luggage or heavy.
-
Room had necessary things - nothing extra - nothing missing Not too many things to do around there.

Location and neighborhood are both wonderful.
