The staff were incredible, never experienced anything close to their kindness and service. The room was great, the whole pool area was absolutely beautiful, so nice. The Italian restaurant in the hotel is very good but above all I’d say that the VIRTÙ bar is top notch, especially the staff.

Amazing property just across from the Imperial Palace. Wonderful views of the city from our rooms. We got upgraded to an imperial and an executive suite!

The bar, the tea, the restaurants are all top notch. Breakfast buffet with views of Mt. Fuji is lovely. Bedding is exceptional, the towels are actually plush. Worth every penny. Immediately surrounding area is a corporate business district.

Location is fantastic, just 5mins walk to Tokyo station and 20mins walk to Ginza. The view from the hotel is one of the best in the city and the hotel design itself as fabulous as the sonification. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not worth the price, especially when you have to pay in full for a child who barely eats. The room cleaners touched our stuff too much - I'm sure in good intention, but it went a bit too far. Every day we had to try and locate our items or bring things back into the state we wanted them. Oddly though, dirty glasses were often not cleaned and items we were given, such as cleaning cloths for glasses, were sometimes taken away again. It all felt somewhat random, invasive and uncomfortable. But it didn't spoil the overall luxuriousness.

Everything is perfect. During my birthday, the hotel did some decoration for me so warm! I hope there is a Japanese restaurant in this hotel.

Excellent service from all staff we encountered (professional and prompt). Our room was comfortable and housekeeping did a very good job in making us feel very good taken care of. Breakfast was excellent: buffet (very good selection of items available) + a la carte options. Very tasty and fast service (for the a la carte). Nice ambience and wonderful view. Try to get a table by the window if available.

We had a challenge with the booking as information improperly presented on booking.com and the hotel went beyond to accomodate. congrats on your approach to customer experience, impresive… everyting was perfect, cannot think of anything and I am a critical person :)

Sensational hotel and location with access to amazing views, top bar and restaurant. Staff were helpful and made to feel welcome. Bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

This is what differentiates a true 5-star hotel from many "wanna be" 5-star hotel. Meticulous service, relaxed and friendly staff and an unbeatable location. The gym and the pool are simply amazing as are the room. Nothing ;-)
