We liked the location - it was so near the train station, we were already familiar with Asakusa area and Hop Inn was perfectly situated in the middle. It was a block away from 7ll, a couple of blocks away from Sensoji temple, and it was a few spaces away Sagawa services with was so lucky since we had to transport our luggage to Osaka. Another bonus was the staff received our purchased luggage for us, they were friendly and chatty. They knew how to speak english. None

The rooms were too small so we end up getting two rooms. It cost more than what we expected and they won’t give us the regular price for upgrading the room to a 4 person room. Really tiny

It was a great stay with everything we needed. There were many shops around, we could wash our clothes and get an iron upon request. Overall a convenient stay. Nothing

The overall stay was good and pleasant with very friendly and helpful staff. We could store our luggage before the official check-in and after check-out times. We really enjoyed the location with the temple and many shops nearby. There was a direct train just 5min away from the hotel to take to the Narita airport. The bathroom in our room could have been bigger :)

Comfortable stay with 24/7 reception desk, ability to store your luggage, do laundry and enjoy busy neighborhood with a lot to see. Great connection to the city center and the Narita airport (direct train). The room was quite small, but we were aware of it before booking :)

BATHROOM WAY TOO SMALL. I'M 5'2" AND I ALMOST TOUCHED THE WALL IN FRONT OF THE TOILET. MY HUSBAND AND SON HAD TO SIT SIDEWAYS. TUB TOO DEEP FOR ME AS MY LEGS HAVE PROBLEMS AND I COULD NOT RAISE THEM THAT HIGH.

It's a great budget hotel in a great location! Clean rooms and friendly staff. The rooms are very small, we had a double and there is really nowhere to put luggage. Mattresses were on floor and not really that comfortable. They were a little thin, but fine! As long as you know what you're getting its a great budget option! mattresses were a little thin, not that comfortable. Nowhere to put luggage, maybe a shelf or luggage stand would be a good idea
