Staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and nice. Also, breakfast was amazing. Shower was a little poor but no problem

Room and location were fantastic, onsen was a highlight and included breakfast was great
-
Japanese style Same breakfast dishes as morning buffet
-
Good reception and good experience to feel the Japanese traditional. Clean and quiet.
-
Breakfast, outdoor baths, helpful staff, gorgeous tea room Futons could have been thicker.
-
The place is clean, and offers a simple but hearty traditional Japanese breakfast. Their Japanese style bedrooms are a bit cramped but definitely manageable for a group of four. Facilities can be a bit out-dated. Sink is a bit too low for a 6footer.
-
Water from the room's faucet is not drinkable.

Staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring Tokyo without being too touristy. The baths were lovely and clean, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. It would have been nice if the water in the rooms was drinkable, and if there was a water dispenser near the baths.

Hospitality of the staff, great location close to metro and restaurants. Good breakfast and room traditional Japanese extremely clean The toilet is small

It was a GREAT location for food and shopping - Akihabara was about a 15 minute walk away. The metros were very close and convenient, and the staff was very friendly. We were able to ship our luggage ahead of time and also drop our backpacks off before checking in. The futons were comfy and the comforters were SO fluffy! There was a cool little deep bathtub in the room, but the cleanliness of the shower/bathroom in our room was questionable so we didn't use it. The spa facilities were also less clean than I'd hoped and I did come away with some skin issues after using the waters there. The aircon in our room turned on but didn't cool, so we very much overheated.

Only one plug with a surge protector available to charge electronics.
-
The walls are quite thin and we had very noisy neighbors who did not respect quiet hours.
-
The family room was big and clean and comfortable, perfect for our last night in Japan. The location of the hotel was perfect, we really enjoyed walking around the Ueno Park neighborhood.
-
Near city center. Clean room. Good facilities. Quite area. Overall is meet my expectations. Breakfast menu is limited. Not so near with the train station or bus station( but not far tho). There is hotel restaurant but no restaurant nearby (?). Convenient store as i remember also not so near.

Loved the vibe and aesthetic of the hotel, felt spacious compared to some other more "modern" hotels I've stayed at as well; the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The public bath was also very decent for a city hotel; hot & cold bath as well as a sauna. At night, the immediate surrounding neighborhood was a bit sleepy, but still not far from plenty of great stuff. On the flip side it was very quiet, so if that's what you're looking for, it's perfect.

The hotel was a great experience. The staff was attentive and helpful. We stayed in the Japanese style room which was fun to experience.
-
The room is spacious, a sauna in the hotel is welcome The bathroom does not have a ventilation fan.
-
Great facilities (laundry, onsen open over night, communal areas, vending machine). Great location, quiet safe street near good attractions and great restaurants. Staff very helpful and multilingual. Helped me figure out luggage transfer very very last minute (I had to run it to nearby facility that they showed me on map bc I waited too long for hotel to take care of it). Room very spacious and traditional. Bath in room a bit mildewy.

the hours of the onsen really suited our preference. great breakfast.

Im not going to say that it was something that I didn't like. but maybe just a few upgrades here and there to the older parts (particularly the tubs) of the hotel would bump the experience up a little more.
