The location was amazing, basically right in the center of Ginza in waking distance to all the famous flagship stores and luxury shops in the area. Overall the stay was good, but there was a weird smell in the hallway and room. Also the bathroom wasn’t too well ventilated causing more weird smells.

The rooms are of good size, comfortable with good amenities. The staff are very friendly and helpful, speaks good English too.

The location is great The hotel is very run down. The toilet didn’t work, the halls smelled of mold and the room was not clean.

Great and comfortable! A 2pm check in was a nice surprise! Most places are later. The PJ’s are so comfy-I wish they sold them. The rooms are very small so that’s the only reason I have a 9 vs 10. They don’t extend late check out/-it’s a small hourly cost to extend. Given check in time is so early (2pm), it’s a wash in the long run.

Uncomfortable and very hard mattress, one pillow was clumpy and too soft and the other too hard. The bathroom is a bit dated.

Near the shopping area Ginza. When open the room, the smells, bad. Like a toilet. But when in the room you can’t smells it. No water bottle in the room.
