location is near to the station, clean and simple not opening window was difficult, lighting is needed to improve

The location of the hotel was adequate for our purposes. Overall, the accommodation floors were carpet stained with scuff marked walls and dusty air vents. The staff who welcomed us were friendly and efficient. Subsequent staff...were not.

It's an easy, short walk from Tamachi Station. The hotel is on a very quiet street, but only a minute or two from plenty of convenience stores, restaurants,, shopping, and a good-sized supermarket (Life). Nearby Tamachi Station is only a few stops away from Tokyo Station, so it's convenient as a base for Tokyo. It also provides easy access to Kawasaki and Yokohama. But beware, there are markings on the ground in the station which seem to indicate that it gets really crowded during rush hour. Keep that in mind. However, I was there on the weekend, so that didn't come into play, and no problem. Also, I live in Japan, and have been to Tokyo too many times to count, so I don't need to stay in one of the typical Tokyo hotspots. So for me, this was a really nice area to stay. The hotel itself wasn't over the top great, but was very good. I thought the staff was efficient and pleasant, and I give them high marks. The room was, for Japan, relatively spacious, and had everything you need. Again, high marks. On the other hand, I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. There was variety, but the eggs were cold and the sausages were cheap tasting. Other items were kind of typical, ... but good. There was a curry that was very tasty. So, in short, I was pleased with the location, the staff, and the room itself, but was a little (not a lot, but a little) dissatisfied with the breakfast. All that said, I think it's very likely I'll be staying here again in the future, and I'm quite happy to recommend Hotel Gracery Tamachi to others. It's a nice place to stay. As I said in the "like" section, I was a little disappointed with the breakfast.

Room size very small. Furniture outdated. Bathroom has unpleasant smell. The day of room cleaning we came back and found not one but three wet rags left on top of our luggage.

5 mins walk to Tamachi train stations,laundry coin machine,free coffee and water dispenser at lobby.very clean room. Quiet area .aircondostioning is available .staff are all nice but english is very limited They dont have eating area

Property was in a quiet area, less than a 10min walk to a local station line & JR line, and the free breakfast was amazing. 10/10 stay; the staff, amenities, and area was excellent.

Staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome. I had a package delivered and it was waiting for me at reception more USB charging outlets would have been good

We travelled to Japan for the following day embarkation to cruise line. I lost my homework of how to get the hotel from JR station. It was a little struggle. Anyway, We got to the hotel after all. Every thing was OK. Room is a little small. However, it is in Tokyo. I think it is acceptable.

Comfortable room, welcoming staff, great bar/ restaurant, quieter location in an old part of Tokyo that was great to explore. Hood proximity to the metro.
