Great spot, near the subway and train station, and a bar and restaurant district a few minutes walk away. It is really tiny and the bed is pretty poor.

Great location. Easy check-in and out. Helpful staff. Comfy beds and good water pressure It’s understandable in Tokyo that rooms are small. These double bed rooms are ideal for a single biz traveler. For a couple, no room to open mid-sized bags and keep them open

there is no breakfast room or restaurant, breakfast can be collectes in the morning (which is good) but you need to eat it in the room

The staff was really kind and helpful And even though the rooms are really small, the hotel and rooms are very pretty and comfortable

Provision for drinking water bottle daily must be provided thou it was not. The hotel only have 1set of Microwave oven and laundry machine which uncomfortable for us.

The hotel is located 3 minutes away from the Mita station and is very convenient to get from Haneda airport. Closer to the Shiba Park I found really nice cafes (Beyond the Box ❤️). The staff is very friendly and helpful and I used their service to keep the baggage before check-in and after check-out. Rooms are clean and have everything needed. And I liked to idea of showing wi-fi password on a TV — safes time during check-in time. Highly the recommend this hotel branch!

Apartment cleaning every 3 days only (seems to be very common in Japan). No breakfast facilities (only booked take away)
