Very polite staff. Good breakfast and lunch in the little restaurant area. Good amenities by the check in desk. Close to a train station. The dryer was not very powerful. A small load after 90 minutes still had some damp items.

The ac often to turn off automatically. When i ask the staff they told me not to set the ac under 22 degree. The problem in that temperature is to cold

The main defect is that the room windows don't open, making it very difficult to get fresh air into the room. The area near Shiba Park is not the most interesting in Tokyo. Breakfast is a little expensive.

I had a great stay. The hotel was comfortable and close to Shibakoen subway statiion. Great shower and comfortable bed.

There’s not much restaurant nearby. If you are coming back late, the only options are family mart or Lawson

I loved that there is a coin operated laundry service. Since there is a lot of walking in Tokyo I felt better that I was coming home with clean clothes.

Convenient location for transport links, but my room was on the main road so slightly noisy. Good free coffee in the lobby. Comfortable room, though I couldn't find a stand for my bag which would have been helpful. Not far from restaurants, but not next door to a big selection. Nothing in particular.

I really liked their complimentary drinks. I appreciate how they clean the room every day. They made sure toothbrushes were replaced, while shampoo and conditioner were refilled. The staff was nice and respectful. They extend help beyond their offered services, including free use of umbrellas. nothing.
