Clean Staff service at check-in

Can choose when you want the room cleaned Extra pillows and pajamas Smaller than most hotels I have been too in Japan and Tokyo. No room to open luggage. Public bath was on the smaller side. Breakfast was also on the lighter side of choices.

Clean functional room, adequately sized by Tokyo standards The women's sento had a strange smell near one of the bathing spots but was otherwise clean. Only one elevator so can get busy.

Breakfast is superb! I love the food varieties and there is Natto! - Staffs are very helpful and nice. - Room is clean with good amenities. - Many kinds of pillow. -

Small rooms but good enough of you're not looking for anything too fancy. The pillow was hard but a selection was available near the front desk.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The hotel provides nice products. Breakfast was really good ! Onsen also was really nice ! Nothing

Super well manered and welcoming staff, clean and safe! The carbonated spring was cool! The freshener spray was nice ! The hitech toilet was fun to try. They managed with sign language and written instruktions They don't speak much english, making it hard to communicate, but they know some words and manage with sign language. There is only one elevator, making it a waiting esksperience in the elevator, and from my knowledge there are no stairs. The breakfast was fine, but limited. Still better than some other places I've been at.

Very kind and attentive staff. Walking distance to trains, restaurants. Awesome free breakfast buffet! Size of rooms, although it may be the same in Tokyo give that space is such a premium.

they provided small gifts for me nothing

The staff was kind and it was a good deal for the price. The things I enjoyed the most were the hot spring, amenities for ladies and the pillow options. Breakfast was a bit simple in terms of options so I could not enjoy it much since there were mostly the things I do not eat.

clean hotel, kind staff, great breakfast with a variety of pretty healthy but tasty options!! (I wish I’d eaten the breakfast more often but I had plans outside on some days!) daily housekeeping if you want, public bath that’s “artificially carbonated” (which was pretty neat, it was like being submerged in a non-sticky soda lol). public bath open from like 3pm to 9:30am, and when I went in to use it I had it all to myself cus it was a late hour. really good value for what I paid. oh and PILLOW CHOICES! :D the pillow choices are what made me pick this place and I didn’t regret. also a nice desk for working at in your room if you need. has all the necessities, and the 5 freebies (stuff like hair treatment, skincare, mouthwash packets) per night is a bonus. lobby area has free tea and coffee for a certain time each day which was mega nice. the hotel itself is great! buuuut the location isn’t the MOST optimal if you’re here to do shopping or sightseeing as it’s a 14 min walk from the nearest JR station (if you’re using a JR pass), and a 7 min walk from the nearest non-JR station (though it feels longer because you need to cross the street a couple of times). so it’s more about what you’re doing on your trip and how much you’re carrying and what your tolerance is for that kind of a walk. I recommend taking a taxi from wherever your stop is if you have a lot of stuff with you. The immediate neighborhood was also kind of hard to find food in, and even the local convenience stores were more of a walk than I was expecting, so this isn’t the greatest stop to hang out in, BUT the hotel itself is very lovely. I’d say it’s best for a place to come back to for a comfortable sleep after a day out in other neighborhoods if you’re coming to japan for the first time; don’t expect to do a lot of wandering around in the immediate vicinity.
