Amazing location! Close to stations and across from a Lawsons and 7/11. Very friendly staff!

I have nothing to say but the best about this property, it’s clean and conveniently located nearby the train station, just some some steps away and around it there are convenience stores and good restaurants, some of the restaurants open for dinner only. The staff is so friendly and nice, I asked reception to store my luggage two times one before checking in and the second cause I wanted to go to a temple some blocks away and they kindly accepted to store it even after I was already checked out. I really enjoyed my stay there!

The hotel was easy to find, and was close to Akasaka. The hotel room was reasonable to stay in, it wasn't what you call spectacular, but it was a was a good enough place to stay. N/A

Läget To pay 56000 JPY for two nights for this kind of cheap, dirty and poorly equipped room and hotel is not inly a shame, it’s a fraud. The most simple business hotels in Japan are better. I mean I wouldn’t complain at all if the hotel was 10000 JPY/night as an ordinary cheap business hotel would be, but 29000 JPY/night for this shabby quality is pathetic. • The shower curtain had a lot of mould • Lihgt bulbs was broken • There was no toilet paper when I checked in. • No water boiler and tea/coffe at all Maybe you erase this report since it’s badwill for you but believe me, I will not stop here to spread tje information about this terrible and overpriced hotel. It’s a fraud! Since 21 years I ha e been working as a tour guide in Japan and now I have many important contacts within the tourist-Industry in Japan and already informed then about the absolute non-valuable rooms at Livemax. Location ok, but room was very dirty, we asked for a room change, staff did it, but we get a smokers room, we dont smoke. I wouldn’t recommend it, and wouldn’t come back. Positive- laundry room in hotel and location, but that is it. Hope that helps.

It was close to the hotel my other party was at. Close to train station also The facilities were a bit run down.

Easy check in process. Place was clean. Located in a good quiet area with quick access to restaurants and transport. No breakfast options. No english channels on TV.
