Great location Room very clean Laundry at hotel Good value for breakfast with lots of options Check out at 10:00 is a little bit earlier than desired. But they were very accommodating with leaving bags until time to go to airport.

Location, friendly & helpful staff, laundry, eating area off lobby, Lawsons across the street Rooms are very small, hardly able to move with luggage on floor, towels are very small & skimpy

This was my favorite hotel. Very friendly. You could eat breakfast there for about $2. Nothing.

+ Modern hotel that gives you a pleasant feeling + Clean overall + Nice shower + Okay breakfast + There's an open table with tea, coffee, and water at night + Great location, very close to the Senso-Ji and Asakusa Donki - Very small rooms, barely any space for suitcases - Pillows could be better - Shower body towels are quite small - Curtains let too much light in, which woke me up early in the morning

The staff were helpful, the location was excellent and the room was very clean. Nothing
-
Very nice accommodations, walking distance to shopping and many restaurants. The vent for the shower did not seem to work properly. The bathroom was always full of steam after each shower.
-
Just the rooms , size-wise, are a little bit on the smaller side...
-
We reserved a double bed and a single bed. When we checked in. They gave us 3 single beds. We paid a lot for our reservation. We weren't happy with our room.
-
Great location, comfortable, clean and quiet. Would stay there again.
-
Location is close enough to the key places in Asakusa so could get away from the crowds and have serene mealtimes. It is safe and very clean. Room space was satisfactory but there was limited space for luggage
-
Great location, clean, welcoming staff, very nice room The beds were like concrete blocks, we were in Japan for 3 weeks- various hotels- this one had probably the worst beds…

Staff was helpful & nice. We liked that there was an onsite laundry we could use & that the cost was low. It was nice that there was a door between the tub/shower area and the rest of the bathroom. Breakfast was OK, not great. Very close by: Bus Stop, Tourist Information, Restaurants, Shopping, & Sensoji Temple complex. The Skytree was a short bus ride away. Room was small (but bathroom was a good size), TV didn't have many channels (& none in English). It was about an hour Uber ride from the Yokohama Cruise Port and almost that far to the Haneda Airport (but the close proximty to other things made it worth being far from the cruiseport & airport). There were a lot of offerings at breakfast, but not much that we liked. No lunch/dinner options in house.

the location is perfect. it’s few steps away to Sensoji Temple, shopping stores like Uniqlo, Donki, small shops, drugstores, konbinis and restos. a bit of walk to reach Ginza line though but i don’t really mind walking in Japan. if you wish to chill in the lobby after your long walk or after dinner or bar night outside they have free coffee and tea until 3am. i also enjoy my afternoon tea time there while charging my phone before heading out. nothing

i booked an extra night from our 3 nights booking. i will definitely stay here again coz i find it very convenient and close to everything. most of all just 5mins walk from Asakusa View Hotel which is the drop off and pick up point of Narita and Haneda Airport Limousine bus. all okay.

Good breakfast, although sometimes a bit little of each item available. The area was very quiet and safe and the old shopping street next to it is really nice. The staff was really friendly. There are lots of small restaurants nearby. The place isn't near any train or metro stations, just one bus stop in front, so it takes a while to go somewhere. There is just a Lawson nearby, but no 7-Eleven or FamilyMart, so local convenience selection is a bit limited.

Great. Friendly and helpful staff most courteous.
