Location Too expensive for what I received

People were friendly and helpful would recommend to stay here.

A little bit expensive, but might be timing. Location is good and next tot he station but not the station is not the most connected (very minor negative).

Great value price vs quality If this hotel sees itself as an international one, the hotel’s associates should be more respectful for guests with Jet lag. First morning the Lady at the breakfast facilities in 14 floor rejected to get a piece of bread with jam and a glass of tea, we came 9:35 am and last order is at 9:30 am.

The staff are exceptionally professional and polite. The premises are so clean and located with easy access to the subway. The morning breakfast buffet is delicious with so many options. This is our second stay at this hotel. If you’re an English speaking you’re better off bringing a laptop with HDMI for entertainment shows on tv, the room TV never had any English captions or options.

Great location very close to JR station on a main street. Breakfast buffet was very good, and has a nice view located on the 14th floor. The room was very clean, modern and beds were very comfortable. Checkout is at 10am, but they will store your luggage for free. Robes and slippers were provided in the room. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. There was tea but no coffee in the room. Checkout at 10am was a bit earlier than I like. It was a bit pricier than other options in the area.

It felt very safe Bed size was small and checkout time is very early

Very clean, good quality furnishings and bathroom. Breakfast was lovely and the view from the dining room is amazing. Nice big mugs! The staff let us leave our luggage at the hotel after check out for several hours so we could enjoy time in Tokyo before an evening flight. Bed covers were a bit thin and no blankets in the room.

I liked that it met my expectations. The photos show exactly what you get. Staff is very friendly, respectful, and helpful. Free amenities on the first floor, ex. toothbrushes, combs. It was great staying here.

This location has easy access to the train station, and the staff was very polite and helpful. The triple twin room has very little space for keeping suitcases, clothes, shoes, etc. We made it work, but it felt a little like camping. It would have been a bit better if each bed had 2 pillows instead of one.

We love that even if the room was small, it was more spacious than the first hotel accommodation that we had. The staff are really courteous and accommodating. The location is the best of all. It was a good decision that we stayed here on our last 4 days where we can buy gifts and other items which are affordable that we can bring back home. Would really recommend this place to friends and families. Location, room space

Very clean, professional and kind staff, wonderful location, free Ramen nightly at 8:45 pm and a lovely flutist plays on Monday evenings in their beautiful rooftop lounge that overlooks the city. N/A

Comfortable

Staff went above and beyond… everyone was very kind and caring. The breakfast buffet tastes great and is not too expensive in addition to that there is free ramen and sake at night. Rooms are small but clean great size for 2 people… the location is great there is a konbini nearby… Tokyo metro station is right next to the hotel for easy access to the Hibiya line… JR station is not too far as well. Overall great hotel with a convenient location Beds are on the firm side and pillows are uncomfortable… definitely ask staff for an extra pillow

Excellent food - good choices! Very Clean. Good first impression of Japan. Nothing, it was delightful and the staff was super helpful.
