The cleanliness was a concern, the blankets were not that clean. And there was no water bottles provided in the room.no staircase, so I had to carry all my luggages to the 3rd floor..

Near Ueno Station Don’t Have the elevator

Super close to the train Station! We walked less than 15min and already there. Its a bit on the smaller side, size wise. Bed sheeting is a bit simple. Bathroom is ok, and the size of the beds are ok.

Great hotel that’s very comfortable. Great location near subway, larger room than I was expecting and the staff was always incredibly helpful and kind! My room was a little dirty but no big deal

The staff was super nice and friendly. They managed to check me in hours before my check in time which is such a surprise for me. The location was quite convenient, close to the Ueno station and has lots of restaurants around. The morning cleaning can be a bit loud because it’s an old building. If you are a morning person, there won’t be any problem. But if you are used to getting up late, make sure you have your earplug on.

Good location and enough space to open our suitcases. We wanted to have my daughter join us one night and that got a bad response, but overall it was a good stay.

The hotel is very well located, very close to Ueno Station which takes you anywhere in Tokyo and Japan but far enough away from that area of heavy traffic and noise, in a more residential area. There are many good restaurants and convenience stores within 100m of the hotel. The staff speaks better English than the average in other hotels and is very friendly. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The bathroom, although very clean and new, has a very fluctuating hot water pressure. For me, the fact that there is no elevator was not a problem at all, but I think it could be a considerable problem for older people.

We love this place. It's clean, neat, cozy, quiet. To be in Tokyo, room had good space. The beds were so, so, so comfortable and perfect to rest after walking the whole day. It's near to Ueno station, and a great restaurants area. They have 24-hours reception. Just keep in mind the building doesn't have elevator.

Near Ueno station, excellent location Property not responsive to my messages. Booked 3 months ahead and have been sending messages and request be put on lowest available floor but never received anything. Checked in and got 2nd floor room. Not sure if that was the lowest available room that time or it was randomly assigned. Terrible comms from the hotel. Other than that, no other complaints. Room and bed being small is expected.
