A simple stay with a good location, plenty of food options nearby, and friendly hotel staff, few min walk from train station. What we did not like was that the carpet in the room felt quite run-down, to the point that we needed to wear slippers at all times. The pillows were very soft and thin, and only one pillow was provided per guest. We had to request extra pillows, but unfortunately the hotel had a limited supply, so additional pillows were not always available.

Clean room but small in size. Hotel offers complementary mask! Location is a bit difficult to locate and we got into the wrong hotel initially (with similar name)

Proximity to Transit stations. Staff is very accommodating. Lawson connected to lobby. Yamato Transport available. Only one washer and dryer.

This is actually our return stay in Tokyo, with the first time a winter ago. We like the location of the hotel as it is within easy access to many options of food choices and near to Shimbashi Station, which has good connectivity with many other train lines. Also easy for us to take the train to Tokyo Station, which is just 2 stops away, in order to connect to the NEX Line for Narita Airport. Only takes about 10-15 walks from Shimbashi Station. Hotel provide all the basic essential necessities to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. Lawson is just next to hotel with a connecting door to the lobby as well! Rooms are small so not able to accommodate too many luggages. Our usual arrangement is send the luggages ahead to airport keeping only what are necessary i.e. have only one medium size luggage for 2 person. If necessary 1 extra cabin luggage.

The location of the hotel was very convenient being located less than 5 minutes away from the Shimbashi station. It was also nice that the hotel lobby was directly connected with a Lawson. The space was very crammed for 2 people.

The breakfast room was very nice. The location was terrific. They gave us a stinky smoking room at first but changed it. The new room smelled of tobacco but not as bad.The rooms were not clean — they even had a mattress inspection when we were there! The room’s carpets were really dirty. And the room itself was uncomfortably small. No place to sit. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The only slight issue I had was that the bed was a bit uncomfortable, as in I could feel the springs. But otherwise a really great stay.

Helpful staff, easy access to Shimbashi and the train station, on a quiet street, tub in room, amenities like bath salts and hair ties, comfortable bed, counter space for bags, good lighting for makeup, convenience store on the first floor. View of Tokyo Tower from our room. Lack of airflow in the bathroom results in unsightly build up on vents (it seems to be a common issue in hotels in general). Also, it's NOT the Sotetsu Fresa next to the Airport Limousine Bus station. But that hotel has a map to this one since tourists like me seem to confuse the two often.

The bed in the double room is a bit too small for 2, but I understand this is common in Tokyo.

Great location, easy check in. You can leave your suitcases if you arrive earlier. You can borrow pajamas and all toiletries. Breakfast is basic but good! All good.

Was the perfect location for me being my first day, I got off the train at Shimbashi Station and was about 5 minutes away from the hotel. Lots of options for food in the area. Everything was as expected, I did not opt for the breakfast or any meals there so i cannot speak to that.

This was my first time in Tokyo and we loved staying here! The location is close to the train station and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The room is comfortable, and the staff is so helpful and kind! They were able to ship our luggage to our next destination and that was greatly appreciated.
