There were no scheduled cleaning so had to request it so that our trash will be cleared. Not really a deal-breaker as the front desk staff were always courteous and accomodating.

2nd time in this hotel with my family and it never disappoints. Great value for money. There’s a nearby family mart, a good takoyaki shop in the corner and a ramen resto in front. You doesn’t have to go far to get what you need. Asakusa’s Mega Don Quijote is alao just a few meters away. Really a great deal

Hotel sting is central in Asakusa. The bus stop in right there and several train stations less than 700m away. Great price and biggest room I have had in Japan. Parking is very expensive but not the hotels fault. ¥4000/24 hours

Not on the main hub. But close to shopping and the Attractions. I was able to sleep well after a long days of walking. Facility is very quiet.

The location was close to everything including convenient stores, shops, Senso-ji temple, metro lines. The staff were friendly and kind. The room was large and the shower pressure was powerful and hot which was lovely. The unit had several freebies like two bottles of water, razor, hairbrush, sponge, various beauty samples like mouthwash, hair gel, bath salts which was a nice touch. We were able to ship our luggage from Kyoto and the front desk kept our stuff safe until we checked in. The building is older but worth the value.

Location excellent size great. Need to let people know that the hotel, during the day rents per hour and half day. After 5 pm it’s only guests.

This place is 10/10 Personal is so caring and always there for us The room is comfortable and spacious I stayed there 5 nights and I would have stayed more I will come back for sure Really close to Asakusa and Ueno, two place that are amazing to visit and hang around
