Very convenient location! Easy access in and out of the hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Generally outdated interior compared with more modern hotel offerings.
-
The property is within walking distance to market and other shopping areas. The rooms are very small and the Staff were not familiar on where (location) to get pharmaceuticals/medicines we need.
-
Everything was great about this hotel. Size of room I found to be bigger than the other hotels. We staying in the new building and ac was fantastic. Location is great
-
the hotel is centrally located to major sights. Just a very short walk to the train station. Lots of restaurants, convenience stores nearby. Rooms are smaller compared to the ones we’ve stayed at, but it’s pretty standard in Tokyo.

will come back! nothing

yes this was good

Great location for a more relaxed visit to Tokyo. Nice breakfast and the staff were exceptional.
-
The staff were very polite and welcoming. They have all the needed facilities, amenities, walking distance to transport and many tourist spots. Our Japanese style room was very cute and on-theme for Asakusa. Though it might be hard on the knees for older people (to bend down to sit etc)

we love our stay in this hotel. it is actually slightly bigger than most hotels in Japan I believe. very accommodating staff from coordinating well with the previous hotel for our luggage transfers. I actually didn't expect our luggage waiting in our room before we could check in. I love their services! Also, very convenient location to most of the attractions.

Very good location in Asakusa, a lot of restaurants around, close to shopping, Senso-ji temple, metro stations. Direct access from/to Narita airport by Keisei access express train. Very good breakfast, with many choices. The staff is very polite and helpful making your stay the best.

The rooms were a great size, especially the bathrooms and bed!
-
Prime location as it is across the street from the train station and next to the shopping area. You can clearly hear people in the hallway.
-
The location of this hotel was exceptional. Close to a subway line and also close to a lot of local sights. Our room was small but comfortable and the staff was helpful. Would stay here again. Close to so many restaurants. Room was small, but it's Tokyo, we were not disappointed.

Great location. Close to Sensoji Temple and many attractions in Asakusa. Room was a decent size. Friendly staff. Complimentary Asahi beer between 4-7pm in the lobby. Lawson and Family Mart nearby. Mister Donut across the street. No water provided in room. There is a ice and water vending machine on the floor.

The location is very convenient to sightseeing and dining. The bed is comfortable and the bathtub is great. My room had a large window that opened slightly and I could see Skytree. The pillows are very hard and flat and after one night I saw that they had soft ones to borrow. They were much better. The breakfast was mediocre.

Feel like they don't vacuum the floor.

Nothing I experienced an extremely upsetting and unacceptable incident at this hotel. Immediately after checking in, I lay down on the bed to relax and felt an intense burning heat on my body. When I touched the sheets, they were damp and had a strong chemical odor. It became clear that a harsh cleaning solution had spilled on the bed and gone completely unnoticed. Thankfully, I was wearing several layers, but the burning sensation was still frightening and deeply uncomfortable. I notified the staff right away. They acknowledged the issue and moved me to another room. I asked them to inform the manager and provide a clear explanation of how such a potentially dangerous oversight could occur. The receptionist assured me they would speak with management and follow up, but they never did. The negligence behind this incident was entirely unacceptable. At the very least, they should have offered a refund for the night as a courtesy. Instead, they didn’t even offer an apology. I will not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.

My main choice of hotel whenever i fly to Japan/Tokyo. It is close to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line and is easily accessible to Ueno station which is major hub for train transfers. I also love that it is close to Sensoji Temple and Asakusa Don Quixote. Also from 4pm-7pm, they offer free beer on tap.
